When I asked for a comprehensive vehicle inspection, the mechanic showed zero interest. He dismissively stated they dont offer that service, then ignored my concerns and walked away. Avoid this shop at all costs. Their rudeness and incompetence are beyond belief. Look elsewhere for competent and respectful service.

2 /5 Evy Pierce: As a woman, I hate car shops and anything related to it over the fear of being lied to. I came to this shop bc it was recommended to me by the person who sold me my car. Ive come for the last maybe three oil changes and the last time, I specifically asked for my fluids to be checked and was told that they always check. I foolishly believed them. The next day I drove to Orlando and when I went to spray the bugs off my windshield, there was no windshield wiper fluid. When I added the windshield wiper fluid I also discovered I need more coolant.. so my fluids were never checked apparently. As simple as it sounds, this saddens me bc I thought this was a place I could trust as a woman. I went out of my way to come here bc I thought I could trust them. The trust is broken so I will not be returning. If youre interested in an oil change they will do JUST that even if you ask them for a fluid check. Make sure you see them do it with YOUR two eyes or check before you leave. A lesson learned for sure.

I brought my Jeep in for an oil leak — a job that should have been routine — and after two failed repair attempts, the leak still wasn’t fixed. I ended up doing the work myself, and only then did I discover what really went wrong: they hadn’t followed proper procedure, even though they told me they had. After the second failed attempt, I sent them clear instructions referencing official factory guidance and noted the use of anaerobic RTV, which is explicitly required at the rear main seal cap and bearing cap ends. This is not optional — even the Jeep service manual calls for anaerobic RTV. So what manual were they using exactly? They told me it had been done “by the book” and assured me anaerobic RTV had been used. It hadn’t. When I reopened the engine myself, I found black RTV, which is the wrong product. That’s either a straight-up lie, or they had no idea what was actually done. Both are unacceptable. To be clear: I don’t believe Gabe was at fault. He treated me with respect, and I think he genuinely tried to help. My impression is that the techs are likely overwhelmed due to how busy this shop is. But that still doesn’t excuse the fact that I clearly told them what to do after the second attempt, and they ignored it. That mistake cost me a huge amount of time. What made it worse was the process: after each failed attempt, I had to go back to the end of the line, waiting a week and a half just to be seen again. So this dragged on for nearly two months. They eventually refunded me, which I do appreciate. But the fact is: if I wasn’t mechanically inclined and able to redo the job myself, I can’t imagine how much worse and more frustrating this would have been. And in the end, I was the one who fixed it — by doing it correctly. That says everything.
