3 /5 Pamela Castro: I would like to express my dissatisfaction here. While I must commend the staff at triage and the information desk were friendly, my experience with Dr. Navarro was notably disappointing.
Rather than actively listening to my concerns, Dr. Navarro appeared to be preoccupied with decorating her office, which left me feeling undervalued as a patient. There were instances where she asked me the same questions repeatedly, which was quite frustrating. At one point, she questioned why I had come to her if I was feeling so unwell, to which I explained that I am new to the area. Her response was that I should have gone elsewhere due to potential delays in service at this facility.
This experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in patient care moving forward.
