While I must commend the staff at triage and the information desk were friendly, my experience with Dr. Navarro was notably disappointing. Rather than actively listening to my concerns, Dr. Navarro appeared to be preoccupied with decorating her office, which left me feeling undervalued as a patient. There were instances where she asked me the same questions repeatedly, which was quite frustrating. At one point, she questioned why I had come to her if I was feeling so unwell, to which I explained that I am new to the area. Her response was that I should have gone elsewhere due to potential delays in service at this facility. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope that my feedback can contribute to improvements in patient care moving forward.

James Sedano I’m very grateful for this community health center. I found myself in a difficult situation without health insurance, which is incredibly scary in America because getting sick can have lifelong financial consequences. I came here worried about how much I’d have to pay out of pocket, especially during a time when I’m being very cautious with expenses. Thankfully, they treated me with respect and dignity, and the service has been impeccable. While the wait time can be long due to the high demand, it’s completely understandable. The prices are very reasonable, which is such a relief. For emergencies, definitely go to the ER, but for other medical issues, this place is an excellent starting point. I highly recommend it and am deeply thankful to the entire staff and doctors for their care and professionalism. I do hope that my Miami Beach tax funds support this facility.

M Meyers I had been looking for a dental office in my area in which I could have confidence. I may have found it. This was my first visit to Dr. Vivianas office. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was provided a thorough examination, excellent cleaning, and a detailed consultation. A treatment plan for my consideration was discussed in detail. What my insurance provider would cover and what my payment would be were clearly explained, and with no pressure to make future appointments. Highly recommend.

Dental hygienists provide a superior, quality cleaning in a minimal amount of time. Dr. DelCastillo has a very relaxed, calm, bedside manner. He answers your questions, makes suggestions, all in a no nonsense, extremely professional, compassionate, conservative, pain-free manner. Would highly recommend this dental office, especially if having to go to the dentist is not one of your favorite things to do.

Dental hygienist Vanessa did an excellent job and took the time to educate me about some oral health best practices and answered all the questions I had patiently, politely and with an affable disposition. Definitely recommend Dr. Abbos practice and wonderful staff. Another visit ... Again dr. Abbo is amazing... Super polite and does a great job. He saw me as an emergency the first time and made time for me to ensure I was ok. Then this last time, had to do a last minute procedure besides what was scheduled and he made time also. Then got a cleaning done with Annie and she was amazing... Very thorough and explained really well how to take best care of my teeth.

Back story - a few years ago I switched from my dentist of 15+ years in Miami Beach and now drive 40 minutes to come here for my cleanings bc Dr. Epstein helped diagnose a complicated issue that my other dentist had completely misdiagnosed (he was pushing a root canal on me which was thousands of dollars) — and not necessary!! Nor would it have addressed the root problem. Last year I sent a gf here for a second opinion on something and sure enough they helped her the same way they helped me It’s scary that there are reputable dentists out there blatantly willing to put their financial interests over their patients care. If it wasn’t for a family friend (dentist) that offered to look at my x rays & urged me that something was off, I would have blindly followed my old dentist’s instructions VS coming to Dr Epstein for a second opinion. Within 30 minutes of sitting with him it became very clear that Dr Epstein and his staff are VERY honest and really know what they are doing. What a lucky referral this was. I don’t normally write reviews but hoping this helps someone that might be in a similar situation that I was in.

All services were performed by Jinelle with such delicate care and precision, that I never dread coming to the dentist. The whole staff is friendly, patient, and understanding. Its hard to find a good dentist under most insurance plans, let alone a great one. So I really lucked out getting SoBe Smiles. Definitely recommend!

Astrida McFarland My daughter has been a patient here for a couple of years for her dental work, including recently. She has not had the same experience as many of the negative reviewers have experienced. Dr. Espinet has been her dentist and has been courteous, timely, and professional. She has also been pleased with her hygienist. One suggestion that she did have was that some of the staff at the front desk could use more training because they lacked general information about office procedures. I called to make an appointment at one time, but they do not accept my insurance. I go to someone else. Street parking. Im not sure if they have parking behind their office.

Jessica Lord I’ve been coming here for years despite ongoing scheduling issues, only because I liked my hygienist, Danny, (who no longer works there) and the dentist was gentle. Today was the last straw. My appointment was supposed to be at 11:00, but I got a text saying 11:30. I called and was told 11:00, so I rushed to get there. After waiting an hour with no update, I asked, and only then was I told I’d need to wait another hour. No voicemail was ever left—just a missed call and automated text, which is why I called in the first place. The apology I got was full of excuses. I left with out a cleaning just wasted my time. Also, needing to book two separate appointments for a basic cleaning and checkup seems excessive. I won’t be coming back, and I hope this helps others who value their time.

Erika Ferrer I’ve been going to Dr. Nassery for many years! He is both compassionate and professional! Dr. Nassery always takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly without rushing. Also- the staff is Amazing! I moved out of State five years ago and continue to to have him as my dentist because going to Real Smile actually makes me feel at home. The girls are so sweet and accommodating. It’s difficult to find a place where the staff is always the same, that says a lot about the practice.

However, my one-star review is due to the dentists policy of refusing to continue my cleanings unless I agreed to undergo unnecessary x-rays. If I had a dental issue that required further diagnosis or treatment, I would gladly consent to x-rays to ensure the dentist had all the necessary information. That said, there is absolutely no justification for requiring x-rays simply to perform routine cleanings. While dental x-rays are "generally considered safe," they are not entirely without risk. Each exposure to radiation, no matter how small, contributes to cumulative damage to the body. This is a well-documented fact. It’s frustrating to see a healthcare provider prioritize unnecessary procedures over the best interests of their patients. Just perform the cleaning without forcing patients to accept unwarranted risks. This policy reflects poor service and a lack of consideration for patient autonomy.

The staff was so helpful, with a fast appointment, having the paperwork that I needed to fill out ready, how much the procedure was going to be and made me feel like a old patient not a brand new one. Upon meeting Dr. Gutt he made me so comfortable about the procedure explaining it all, and relaxed. I highly recommend Dr. Gutt and his office for your procedure.

Over the past year, my family and I have faced increasing difficulties in navigating the administrative side of our visits. We have multiple insurance plans and have made it a priority to confirm the total out-of-pocket cost prior to our appointments. Unfortunately, despite repeated assurances from the staff, this information is often not provided in a timely manner. This has resulted in several instances where we had to reschedule our appointments due to the inability to verify our insurance details before our visit. Additionally, I have found it problematic that the staff member responsible for insurance verification does not arrive until after 11 AM. This scheduling creates unnecessary delays for patients with morning appointments, as we are left waiting for her arrival to confirm costs. I attempted to discuss these concerns with the office manager, but I found her response to be dismissive, which was disheartening. Recognizing the importance of patient feedback, I also brought these issues to Dr. Penas attention, as they affect her practice. I was pleased to see that she addressed the matter with professionalism and understanding, which ultimately led to a more constructive conversation with the manager. In conclusion, while the clinical care provided by Dr. Pena and her team is commendable, the administrative challenges have made it increasingly difficult to continue my patronage. I hope that the office can improve its communication and operational processes to better support its patients in the future.

Amber Clapp Very disappointing waiting room needs an update rundown and dated. The exam rooms were tidy with a beautiful view. The hygienist was pleasant and the dentist was thorough. I was left waiting for a long time before the unpleasant part began. The woman who came in to discuss insurance and informed me I could only have an $800 dollar deep cleaning (that was the price with insurance) not my cleaning that is included with my check up with insurance. At this time I explained that was not in my budget this month. She in a curt manner then refused for me to just have my regular cleaning. The type of cleaning should be the patients’ choice. She was rude and not a bit accommodating even when I explained it was not in my budget this month. I am a publicist and I would never recommend this office. I called another dental office and with my insurance a deep cleaning was a much more reasonable affordable price. What has happened to customer service. That was just a cleaning issue I would beware of pricing from them.
