1 /5 Amanda Ramlingum: Extremely disappointing experience! Waited 45 minutes only to be told the waxing specialist was "on their way". After over an hour of waiting, she finally arrived but didnt even acknowledge me. The only saving grace was the refund supposedly, but the lack of communication and customer service was appalling. Would not recommend.
