1 /5 yadira laguardia: I didnt feel welcoming. I was walking by and went in to ask if I needed an appointment. One of the ladies told me very sarcastic (of course you do need an appointment because if we all are busy how are we going to do your nail). Firstable there is no need to answer like that. She could it answered in a better way. I asked because some place accpet walk ins. They need to be more profesional.

1 /5 Lia Camila: I would not recommend this place. I walked in but decided to leave without getting my nails done due to the unprofessional and rude behavior I experienced from the staff. The level of disrespect was unacceptable. I strongly suggest that the manager address this issue and work with the employees on maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers. Thankfully, I visited another salon in the same shopping center and received excellent service there instead.

1 /5 A Martin: I’ve always come here and today will be the last day. The new staff is extremely rude and have no manners. I walked in asked if they had space for my daughter to just regular nail polish paint and no one had the decency to look up and say no sorry we don’t they just completely ignored me ! Made my daughter feel so bad ! Disgusting attitude! A client realized the complete rudeness of these women and answered for them. I will never refer this place to anyone ever again.
