1 /5 Jordan Rigby: Not a great experience here. I went in to check for noise-induced hearing damage from an incident. They had me do a hearing test, which Ive had done many times before since I work with my ears for a living. During the speech portion of the test, where words are read to you through headphones in each ear, the nurses microphone level blasted my headphones in my bad ear, which has worse tinnitus. I wasn’t given an adequate explanation for this, other than that the volume was based on the tone test prior. I was told to pull my headphones away from my ears to get through that portion of the test, something Ive never had to do before. Long story short, I walked away with a questionable test result and possible further damage in my bad ear. Their equipment needs to be checked/updated, and they need to ensure it is run properly. I recommend going somewhere else to get your hearing checked.

5 /5 Stewart Kirby: I wish Dr. Lieberman and his entire team could be my doctors for everything, not just when I have ear infections because this is the best doctors office ever. Everyone is so kind and there are dogs and fish to keep you distracted from your ear issues. I love all the women who work at the front desk and the nurses who take care of you are thorough and listen and take great notes so that when the Doctor comes in, he is prepped and ready to help, instead of you just having to repeat yourself again and again. (That’s the worst when you have a painful ear infection.) Doctor Lieberman is thoughtful and gentle. Again, I wish he could be my primary care doctor, dentist, eye doctor, all of it. 12/10 recommendation. All the stars.

5 /5 Bob Grant: Finest Doctor/Practice I have been a patient of...ever. Dr. Lieberman has treated me, successfully, for over a year. Recently performed Sinus/Septum surgery and he (and his incredible staff) were there for me the entire way. In fact, even made arrangements for me to be treated on a Saturday for post-op. Dr. Lieberman (along with his hairy sidekicks Norman & Edith) continue to make me feel welcome and valued as a patient. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Lieberman.

2 /5 Kelley Carroll: Well, Dr. Lieberman seemed great. Each visit (2) he has a kind chair-side manner. My daughter was 17 months and he was patient with her and said she was very well behaved during our visit with him. As for the front desk staff....not pleased at all with the way I have been treated and talked to on numerous occasions. I work as an Office Manager at a dental office and if any of my staff spoke to patients the way I was spoken to it would NOT go over well. I was always treated like I was an inconvenience to their day and was rushed out like they didnt have time to do anything more than make my next appointment and push me out the door (no other patients waiting). Their phone etiquette was not much better. There are greetings and salutations for a reason-use them! I have heard other patients being treated the same way while I was in the waiting room as well. You are in the business of customer service and should treat every patient with respect and patience. If you have neither of those then you are in the wrong profession. I have been tempted to find a new ENT doctor all together just because of the front desk staff. That says a lot in my book.

5 /5 Kimberly Taylor: I had called the office on Monday as I had not been able to hear out of one of my ears since the previous Wednesday. They took my information and called me back within 20 minutes and set up an appointment the same day. I cannot say enough about Dr Liberman. He was such a wonderful doctor. He listened, he diagnosed my condition and he got me on the right path to help me get better. I love the fact that he has his dogs in the office! Everyone there was friendly. I even got to watch as they fed the saltwater tank fish. I would highly recommend Dr Liberman.
