1 /5 Linda Sue Hancharyk: I went there because I had a problem with the window. They told me that they couldn’t fix it and referred me to a window glass company. I contacted the company and they repositioned the glass and told me that the regulator needed to be replaced. I went back to Mike’s and asked that my regulator be replaced. When I went to pay my bill they had charged me an extra $100 for diagnostics. I was shocked and asked why and was told that they always did that. I said I told them what I needed done when I brought the car in. I didn’t want to pay it, but was told that there was no way around it. I paid. This has bothered me ever since.
