5 /5 Barbara J. Maggiani: Posted July 2024 Sadly, Dr Moody closed her Key West practice in late 2017 or 2018. I was a patient of hers for a few years. She was a fantastic MD. Why Does Google list a business thats been closed for 7 years?

5 /5 Denton Davies: On vacation in Key West when my wife had what seemed like a severe ear infection/allergy reaction. Dr. Moodys office was able to get us in within 2 hours. On arrival the wait was a little longer than normal but this was not a normal visit and we were happy to be able to see her. She was very straightforward and very professional. There were 2 MAs in the room as one was training and Dr. Moody was having them chart for her. Understandable as her hands were full with equipment as she was inspecting my wife. As for the previous reviews, I can understand where someone might want to tell Dr. Moody the whole story and what they think is wrong but I could see how she wouldnt need that. She simply looks at the medical evidence and makes a diagnosis. Her "berating" her staff could simply be that she speaks to them as they need to chart. I would recommend her to anyone traveling or living here.

1 /5 Beth Edwards: Even though I heard negative reviews from her in my comunity I wanted to give her a chance ,, big mistake! that woman has no ethics and no compassion,,,she is rude and what she only cares is about her time, you feel you are not heard and rushed out..as i explained her my problem she was not paying attention ....I realized my mistake and fast understood that what it moves her is money... she is one of those doctors that are motivated by money, fortunally . I have good insurance and money not even like that she just gave me after 1 hr waiting she just gave me 5 min of her time, I dislike her a lot!....I will not recommend her to anyone in Key West ..she has no compassion and no time to listen to your request. Fortunally I am a smart woman who doesnt mind to travel to Miami, it worth it! She is a waste of time and is not even a good Dr.

1 /5 casey west: Same thing as Beth. I was rushed out, paid almost 400 for a consult for a deviated septum. Had questions about the process told me that I had already been there for thirty minutes and if I had more concerns to schedule another consult. This is just the icing on the cake... Plenty of issues I had that I wont go into detail about. Either way imo stay away.

Fariss Bruce L MD - Key West Gary Gomer: Dr. Fariss is one of those doctors you rarely see anymore. I had a Lithotripsy procedure done and was one of the few patients that got muscle spasms from the actual machine, which is very painful. When I first reached out to Dr. Fariss due to the pain, of course it was well after business hours and Dr. Fariss returned my call within minutes. He provided some very helpful ways to get through the pain, and then he called back after a few hours to make sure I was OK. That almost never happens now a days. He also called the next morning to make sure I was OK. Then on a Saturday night at 10:30pm I started to have pain again and called him, he called me right back again within minutes and had me try a few things which completely stopped the pain. Then he called back at 11:30pm to make sure I was good. Then on Sunday morning he called me to see if I was still OK, which I was fine at that point and he asked me if I wanted to come into the office today (on a Sunday) and he would remove the Stent (previously scheduled for Wednesday) so it would relieve my discomfort, which I jumped at the chance. It took days off my recovery. I know there are a lot of details in this review but only because Dr. Fariss went above and beyond so many times that most doctors would never do. I dont normally write reviews but Dr. Fariss is just such an amazing Doctor and Person who REALLY cares about his patients. For most people this procedure is a pretty quick recovery with very little pain but it is good to know that Dr. Fariss will be there for you should you have any unusual discomfort or Pain. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

Taweh Beysolow, MD, a SignatureMD Physician - Key West Charles London: Dr. Beysolow is kind, caring and very knowledgeable about kidney issues. He has taught me a lot and I am grateful that I found his office. I give his staff an A+ as well because they do a good job dealing with the number of patients coming in and out of this office. They are friendly as well.

North Okaloosa Medical Center - Emergency Room - Crestview Stefani Gilbert: The staff were wonderful like always. Nurse came in and was sweet and understand of my embarrassment. Doctor was very thorough when it came to making sure he ruled out everything that could have been wrong. The gentleman in registration was amazing! Very sweet, thoughtful and came back to my room a few times to make sure I had everything I needed. I believe his name was Joseph. He definitely deserves a gold star!

Ascension Medical Group Sacred Heart at Crestview - Crestview Blythe Gottleib: Dr. Cooper is great. Excellent listener and just gets it. Never rushes, confident in his decisions, and conservative in dispensing meds. He has been my go to since he started practicing in Crestview. GREAT DOCTOR! By the way, his assistant Eric is not too Shabby either.Kudos to both. Blythe Gottleib

North Okaloosa Medical Center - Crestview Stori Henderson: I recently visited North Okaloosa Medical Center and had a mostly positive experience, despite a few minor issues. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism by most of the staff. The physician, nurses, ER Tech, and radiology team were all wonderful. They were attentive, compassionate, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. My diagnosis wasn’t the best, but the care I received made a difficult situation much more bearable. One area that could use improvement was the nurse in triage, who seemed a bit irritated. Her demeanor wasn’t as welcoming as the rest of the staff, which was a bit off-putting, especially at the beginning of the visit. However, this was a small hiccup in an otherwise positive experience. I was also disappointed that the vending machines weren’t functioning properly, but ER Tech Joseph went above and beyond by bringing my spouse and daughter cold bottles of water, which was a kind and thoughtful gesture. A special thank you to Katie, Bill, Callie and Maria for the compassionate care you provided. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and you truly made me feel like I was in good hands. Thank you for caring with your hearts – it made all the difference in my visit.

North Florida Medical - Crestview - Medical Services - Crestview Lachelle Hill: I am fairly new to this facility and working on creating a good relationship with my PCP and other staff. I rate them with 3 stars because I do feel there is room for improvement. I use the app quite a bit but have noticed errors in the information that has been uploaded as well as missing documents. Still, I appreciate that the staff is courteous and helpful. I have worked in a doctors office so I understand moving quickly to process one patient to the next... closer attention to detail will help to mitigate these concerns.

North Okaloosa Physician Group - Womens Health - Crestview Rose Keith: Was seen and taken care of by CNM Alexcia Pennell. Great experience. Had a little bit of trouble with calling the front desk and getting scheduled as they kept putting me on hold to wait but would hang up the phone was Im waiting. Then I would call back to be put on hold again. Once they talked to me, they were able to help me to get scheduled, but it was a good 30 minutes of waiting.

Crestview Urgent Care / Walk-In-Clinic - Crestview M L: Not sure what the others are on about, but went on a Saturday and the front office medical receptionists were extremely kind, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. Were able to assist with medical insurance and uncommon situation. Definitely recommend this medical facility. Will bring my family here as needed as well.
