5 /5 Jaden Thrift: Ive been coming to Mosaic in the milk district for 2 years and have been seeing Ryan and he is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! Every time I come in, he is always willing to listen and explore new ideas for my hair and does such a great job. He is the only person I would ever trust to do my hair. He takes his time, is patient, and is so skilled at what he does. The entire team is very welcoming and friendly as well and always make me feel at home. I would recommend Mosaic and Ryan to any and everyone who wants their hair done!!!

2 /5 Kelsey Kierce: I was so excited to try this place to get my hair done. I was looking forward to it for weeks. I made my appointment for a basic color/trim. I get to my appointment and was only booked for a haircut only??? I was so disappointed. The girl I made my appointment with over the phone even asked how long my hair was for the color so I’m not sure how it changed to just a haircut. Maybe I’ll try them again in the future but it was my birthday and expected to have my hair done. I understand mistakes happen but it just really upset me.

I did not need to wait for Zach when I arrived for my 11:30 AM appointment. I hadn’t cut my hair in 18 months, so I was very nervous. Zach did an excellent job cutting off my hair as requested, and he thinned it out because I have very thick hair. He was very nice and very gentle. I also had my five month old daughter with me, and Zach was very accommodating and patient while she winded the majority of my hair appointment. I highly recommend Zach at Salon Sora!
