2 /5 Alli Presnell: Our experience here was very enjoyable until the end of our visit. In our group we had a total of 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children. The children that we brought are well behaved and well mannered. However they are still children and their attention span is not of an adult, obviously. Towards the end of the guided tour, Tiffany was telling us about the Maras and tortoises that are in the center of the viewing area, my niece was looking at the Maras thinking that they were capybaras, shes 7 so making the correlation she asked Tiffany if they we’re capybaras, to which she condescendingly replied “they’re not capybaras, and I just said that” keep in mind she did not act this way with the other guests. Not to jump to any conclusions, but this is in Live Oak and our group consisted of 2 LGBTQ+ couples as well as an African American (my girlfriend). Tiffany was very informative, but seemed condescending and annoyed that my niece asked a very simple question.
