Nail-Tastic Organic Spa - St. Petersburg (FL)

5 /5 Logan: Stopped in with my wife for her to get a manicure and pedicure. We found the place through another map service and decided to give it a try. We are very glad we did! The woman who turned out to be the owner was friendly and welcoming. My wife was seated right away and was very happy with her whole experience. They offered us both drinks and ensured she was happy and comfortable. I watched the staff promptly clean stations in between uses and noticed that my wife was asked to wash her hands before picking out a nail color. As busy as the place was, you couldn’t help but notice the staff moving through wiping things down and cleaning stations without taking away from the experience of the customers. We left highly satisfied and impressed with the staff and the owner. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

5 /5 Jacqueline Thomas: lily was lovely - i scheduled last minute and they were quiet and kind. i didn’t feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed their peaceful little oasis. my toes look great and i don’t feel poisoned from fumes, either:)

1 /5 Alba Z: I had a disappointing experience with Lily, the owner of this establishment, and felt completely scammed. After hiring me to create design work for Nail -Tastic, she filed a chargeback to avoid paying for the project after I had invested countless hours and had completed 99% of the work. Her unprofessionalism and rude communication throughout the process made the situation even worse. I strongly discourage anyone from supporting a business that conducts itself with such dishonesty and unethical behavior!!

1 /5 Me: This is only my second difficult review I’ve had to give. This is the third time visiting this establishment and the second time leaving very disappointed and frustrated. The last two visits I paid for the 45 minutes pedicure/gel polish at $55. Both visits were rushed lasting 30 minutes (possibly less on the last visit). My husband has had the Deluxe pedicure (45 minutes) and has had great experiences both times. The technicians are very friendly and the environment is very m relaxing. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this establishment.
