Jessica Today was my first time going into the Halo Nail Lounge. Right off the bat I noticed the atmosphere was very friendly. The place is cute and clean. Today I got a full set French acrylics with Fawn and it turned out absolutely amazing. As someone who has been getting acrylics done for the 8 years this is the best place I’ve been to for customer service, execution and price! I was very pleased with how fast Fawn worked on my nails, her attention to detail and the final result. I felt feeling super happy and immediately booked another appointment two weeks out. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a good quality place to get their nails done.

Strawberryluvr I’ve been looking for a good nail tech for literal years and it’s safe to say I’ve found one here!! Lex is absolutely amazing at her job. She was very sweet to me, and made my nail inspo picture come to life. She took her time to make sure everything was done correctly which I greatly appreciate because I’ve had so many low quality rushed sets on my nails. I definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a nail salon that has amazing nail technicians!!!

Jaree Joyce I’ve been a clients of Lindsay’s for a while now and I love her new shop. It’s clean and the environment is welcoming. Her service and the quality of her work is top tier. I let Lindsay take over with my nails because I trust her and I’ve never left with nails I didn’t like. They last and she takes very good care of my natural nails in between my Gel- X full sets. I would recommend Halo Nail Lounge if you’re looking for the quality nails and a good experience.

Tanya Lena was so amazing! She did such a great job with my nails and I am very happy with the way they turned out. I got a full set of acrylic nails with a design. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend!

Chris Hilton My nails were ruined by this salon. My technician completely drilled off my gel polish (as opposed to soaking off my polish). My nails are just too thin to take the drill. The damage is so severe that it will take 6 months or longer for this bloody mess to grow out. Please be aware if you have thin nails like mine. These photos were taken 2 weeks post appointment. It makes me very sad to give a bad review because the people who work there are very nice but I don’t want anyone else to ever experience what I did. My nails started lifting as well. It has been quite painful experience but slow but sure I am improving.

Camilla Golson i’ve been coming here for the past few years for my nails as it is around the corner from my fiancés home in st pete. unfortunately, i can no longer come here as the last few experiences have been terrible. i left this salon with a gel manicure that peeled completely off a week after my service and a streaky pedicure. when i asked the pedicurist to do another coat she stated that she already did 3 and got up and walked away. they obviously have zero care of craft and are using old polish if it’s turning out streaky and gel completely falls off after a week. do not come here if you want even a decent mani pedi.

Chetara Consuela I love going there very good service from everyone that works there very nice setup its in a nice plaza its not really too crowded on the days that I go there they do really good manicures and pedicures they have reasonable prices lots of colors to choose from willing to work with you on New designs dont take too long Im able to hold conversations decorations are beautiful one of the best salons Ive went to and very clean and just the overall good place to go. I STILL LOVE IT HERE!!

Audrey Sartain Has to be the best nail shop in St Pete! I have been coming here for years and will never stop. All the ladies are super sweet and very good at what they do. They also do great nail art & acrylics. Highly recommend!

Sydney Bromley Very underwhelming experience for a downtown nail salon. Aesthetic is nice but nail techs are very inexperienced. Went to get a pedicure this past weekend and although my nail tech was pleasant the one my mom had been assigned was very rude. I also spent $8 extra dollars for “better” fast dry nail polish and an entire nail of polish is gone, I’ve never had this happen before. In conclusion, I’ve had WAY better pedicures at malls & airports and I would never come back here.

Shelby Love I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and wouldn’t recommend it. My gel polish manicure and pedicure, with a simple design on my ring fingers, took 2.5 hours—far too long for a standard service. Despite my feedback, the nail tech struggled with shaping, and I eventually gave up on asking her to correct. The service was overpriced for the quality, and the overall experience was frustrating. The receptionist arrived late, and the manager was unhelpful despite being aware of my dissatisfaction. I had high expectations for this salon, but unfortunately, I left pissed and with subpar nails for a big event I have this weekend

Sarah Nicola I’ve been going here for years and they are amazing! Great services and clean. Nikki, the owner, and Lynn are the best. I also bring my young nieces here to get their nails painted and the staff is great with them.

Destiny Wright I ended up here accidentally, thinking it was owned by the same people who owned it before. I was planning on getting a full set, pedicure and my eye brows waxed. Within the first 30 mins I knew that wasn’t going to happen. The pedicure, was at best worth 40 bucks. The problem I had was the employee didn’t really understand any English. So what I asked for wasn’t what I was getting. I had to keep correcting her and Clarifying what I wanted. She never delivered what I asked for. I wanted a design and she even asked multiple times and I told her what I wanted she just didn’t do it. On top of that I added Parafinn wax to my pedicure and at first she didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to explain, then when she did the wax it was in thank you plastic bags and the wax wasn’t even melted all the way it was already hardened when she put my feet into it. the whole pedicure was silent, no conversation. She did ask if I wanted a water, I declined. When it was time to check out she didn’t know how to use the computer, and she was trying to charge me the wrong amount I had to correct her here too. They need more training.

Logan Stopped in with my wife for her to get a manicure and pedicure. We found the place through another map service and decided to give it a try. We are very glad we did! The woman who turned out to be the owner was friendly and welcoming. My wife was seated right away and was very happy with her whole experience. They offered us both drinks and ensured she was happy and comfortable. I watched the staff promptly clean stations in between uses and noticed that my wife was asked to wash her hands before picking out a nail color. As busy as the place was, you couldn’t help but notice the staff moving through wiping things down and cleaning stations without taking away from the experience of the customers. We left highly satisfied and impressed with the staff and the owner. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Jacqueline Thomas lily was lovely - i scheduled last minute and they were quiet and kind. i didn’t feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed their peaceful little oasis. my toes look great and i don’t feel poisoned from fumes, either:)

Alba Z I had a disappointing experience with Lily, the owner of this establishment, and felt completely scammed. After hiring me to create design work for Nail -Tastic, she filed a chargeback to avoid paying for the project after I had invested countless hours and had completed 99% of the work. Her unprofessionalism and rude communication throughout the process made the situation even worse. I strongly discourage anyone from supporting a business that conducts itself with such dishonesty and unethical behavior!!

Emmie R. First time here and had Tracey as my nail tech. My husband had called and made an appointment for me. He said thwley were friendly and informative with the pricing. I had an amazing time- she was attentive and friendly. I was welcomed when I walked in. The design is just what I wanted! She sized my nails perfectly- exactly the length I wanted! Will definitely be back!!!

Alexa Messerer *Please for anyone getting any nail service done, trust your gut, stay educated, ask questions, and stand up for yourself. Improper nail service can be dangerous and lead to infection or worse.* Ive been to this nail salon a couple times before and it was fine, this last time I just came to get my acrylic nails removed and have a regular manicure done. They drilled the shine off. I was brought a bowl of acetone to soak my fingers in. There was no cotton, no foil. After drilling a bit after soaking, they took cuticle clippers and started clipping and peeling away the acrylic still adhered to my nails. It felt uncomfortable until it hurt..because its ripping up my nailbeds. This was done repeatedly to every nail. I should have left right away. I regret not standing up for myself and being my own advocate. This is not how you remove acrylic, but it was already started and I was frozen, I tried to hold out and at least get the acrylic off. I voiced out loud "Ow", "Maam this hurts", "Maam can you not do that?". She tried to explain that she just wanted to get the acetone under the acrylic? Still frozen I was silent. The final time she did it she ripped a hole in my nail (luckily not the nail bed). I jerked my hand back and stood up. I said Im done. I was blinded by frustration and rage, I paid for the service and left. I regret paying for a service that only damaged my nail and dried my fingers. I regret going into this salon. *Please for anyone getting any nail service done, trust your gut, stay educated, ask questions, and stand up for yourself. Daniel Phillips Todays pedicure made me happy. The technician was Sarah, who is a genuinely nice lady. I received a pedicure that included sea salt scrub and heated towels very soothing. Ive only visited this salon twice, and the second time was better than the first. My feet look fantastic! Im grateful, Sarah.

Moussa Balla Ashley is the best! She has restored my nails that were battered and beaten by bad acrylic and bad gel! Everyone that works there is so sweet and makes the whole experience so relaxing. Very unpretentious and welcoming. As a former nail tech, Im beyond picky about getting my nails done and have never been disappointed!

Holly Quimby I get builder gel. Lisa is always down to try my interesting design requests. I get lots of compliments and the nails have lasted me 4 weeks.

Oly A I drove by this place and needed a quick manicure. This is not my regular place i go to, but i thought there was no way you could mess it up on manicure. I have no words how bad this is. It took her 15 min to do and cost me $28. Ridges on the nails! Cuticles are still there! I give 2 stars because the lady was nice.

Brooke Hayes First time going there because my normal nail tech was not in town and I really, truly enjoyed my experience. The staff was sweet and accommodating. I got exactly what I wanted. By the way highly recommend the lavender pedicure ♥️. While there i met with the other customers have been repeats for the past few years and had no complaints about the place. I do look forward to going back and bringing my girlfriends with me!! Thank you girls Im so ready for my weekend now!!

Destiny Aguayo This was my first time visiting Unique nails and it was an awesome experience. The lady that did my nails was super nice and gave me exactly what I wanted. I didn’t catch her name but I will definitely be back.

Nic I went here for my first time to have dip polish removed ($10), and a basic manicure ($23). The tech did a great job and my nails turned out great. The place was clean, and they sanitized the tools. I don’t get my nails done often but would definitely return here again.

Angela Parkhurst LOVE this place. Its super cute inside and the team working is so sweet. I found it on google and liked the ratings, plus it was close. Well, I loved it. I will definitely be back. Ive been jumping from nail salon to nail salon but this will be our new go to!!!!!

Maria Aguayo I was introduced to this salon by a friend. I loved it. They were super nice. It was a relaxing nail experience. Plus since I was getting gel nails they buffed my nails by hand not by a drill. So much better for my nails. Ill be back, even tho its a 30 minute drive.

Laura Smith Anna did a beautiful job on my pedicure. It was the best massage and spa service ever as she spent lots of time with me, then she made my toes so pretty and applied stickers to make them look like cherry blossoms. So pretty! We also had wonderful conversation the whole time.

Sara Lefkowitz This place is so nice and friendly! Lisa was amazing with my 6 year old daughter. She went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and getting what she wanted. When I had to return to get my polish repaired (my fault) she quickly and kindly fixed my polish. While it was drying she took the time to cut my 6 year old daughters nails all on her own! You should check them out. I will definitely be back!

Lynn Margaret Yay! Loved my experience tonight! I came it at about 5:45pm and wanted a gel manicure and gel pedicure, with my current mani/pedi needing to be soaked off. They close at 7:30pm but were super cool about me getting there as late as I did. Van was fantastic. Gentle but got in there too when she needed to. The energy there was quiet and calm which isnt always the case at nail shops and very clean. A gel manicure and gel pedicure was $80 which is significantly cheaper than the last few places I had gone. I love that they are open until 7:30pm as well, since its typically later in the day when Im getting my act together to get my nails done. I also love that they didnt try to push me to upgrade my services or push unrequested services on me like brows and such even though Im overdue. Oh, AND a total bonus that they are very relaxed about you picking your color. They get started on your nails then bring you the basket of options. Sometimes its a lot when youre barely in the door at a nail shop and they are demanding to CHOOSE YOUR COLOR. Thanks, Van! Hope to be back soon!

Emily P I have gone to this nail salon a few times and have never had an issue until last week. I went and asked for a dip manicure like I have several times before. The woman working on my nails didn’t know what that was or at least pretended not to. I said I was fine with acrylic - after several times of her just saying “acrylic” and not paying attention to what I wanted. I agreed but only if it was a thin layer- I had to keep telling her to add polish because you could see my nail. I showed pictures of the design, which was very simple. They are not even and I can see my nail underneath. My nails have never looked so horrible. I will not come back.

Brittany Brinson Not a terrible place to get your nails done but if you don’t like being overcharged then don’t go here. Paid $70 for a full set/soak off. Here was the breakdown as written by the desk clerk. $48 for full set. $7 for colored powder (regular acrylic was not offered to me. I was just asked what color powder I wanted), $5 for the particular shape I got, $5 for nail take off, and get this, additional $5 for clear gel top coat. Clear top coat?! They also said my nails were long. Here is a picture of my $70 basic nails.

Melissa DiFazio Loved Pure Natural Nail Spa and will definitely be back! It was a pleasure to meet Leah and she did an amazing job! I’ve been looking for a place that carries Dazzle Dry nail polish. It’s a unique system that is natural and lasts a long time while making the nails healthier and stronger. The Spa is clean and spacious with relaxing music. Friendly and inviting. Thank you, Leah! Alexandra Neely This afternoon was my first time visiting Pure Natural, and I was blown away. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating, and provided complimentary champagne, pastries, and gift bags for guests during their grand opening weekend. I cannot recommend my technician, Laura, enough. She masterfully designed a set of winter-themed French tips for me, and perfectly recreated my reference picture. Her attention to detail was so impressive, and her kind, personable demeanor was a breath of fresh air. I’m genuinely obsessed with my nails. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

natalie walker this salon is THE BEST in St Pete! The atmosphere is clean and calming with amazing staff. The nails were perfect and lasted for so long. Usually the first thing I look for is if they can do detailed designs. And on my first time coming in they nailed it! I felt so cared for with being asked what id like to drink and offered multiple discounts. Not even to mention their loyalty program!! cannot recommend enough!

Connie Saleh When you first walk in it smells so strongly of nail fumes that I literally could not breath for a minute. I do not frequent nail salons often but I have never smelled something like that before. I got a basic gel manicure, my first ever. The nail tech, an older woman, used a nail grinder on my cuticles to the point where one was bleeding, profusely. The polish itself is all over my skin and under my nails. The edges of my nails are sharp because the gel polish sticks out and was not filed down after... sticking out to the point where I could literally scratch something they are so sharp. A really bad first experience. My friend also got gel done at the same time, from a male worker, and hers came out amazing! Dramatic range of quality depending on the nail tech.

Hallie Latham My friend and I both got our eyebrows waxed here. Great shape…. When she did the center of my eyebrows (unibrow) she took off too much on the right eyebrow on both of us. Not even at all. (Don’t mind the redness just super sensitive skin)

Raquel Conner She did a wonderful job on my pedicure! I needed some extra care and rest during my pregnancy and my nail tech was thorough, made it so relaxing (the massage felt amazing), and she was very kind. I will definitely be back any time I visit the area!

Brenna Pulliam AMAZING!! best in st pete!!! They got new ownership within the last year so fully ignore any bad reviews. Daniel is the new owner and so nice. Gaby did my acrylic nails today and she did a PERFECT job. Gave me the exact french tip I asked for & even let me see 3 different shades before she started. I will be back soon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! great prices too

Amanda Lindeman This was my first time at this nail salon. It was very nice inside, the man at the front desk was very attentive (I think he was the manager) and he was walking around checking in with everyone- very involved. I did have to wait for like 15-20 mins despite an appointment but that’s kinda just how things go sometimes at nail salons so not a huge deal. My tech was a woman by the name of Sary I believe. She was very nice. I’m very particular about my nail shape so I was having her make a lot of adjustments which I know can be annoying but she was more than willing which was great. She did a good job, it took a while to get to the original shape I came in with but we got pretty close. She was heavy handed with the drill but it didn’t hurt- until the very end. Right after she did the fill, she went in with the small drill around the cuticle and went way too hard. I didn’t really realize how hard she went until I was home and my cuticles stung as I washed my hands. You can see in the pics a few cuticles look red. So that sucked and they still really sting. Tho I was shocked by how reasonable the prices were!! I paid $45 for a fill with cat eye gel polish. At my regular salon (I’m from out of town) that would be probably $75.

Dary Lv I have no way to explain how good they made me feel and how nice they are, it was my first time there and it was a very satisfying experience, I went in feeling nervous and left feeling very comfortable and with AMAZING definitive nails, the guy at the entrance was very friendly, and always supervising that the girls work was very good, the girl who helped me was very kind and very nice, I will definitely be there again, Ive seen bad reviews from the previous owners, but I want to tell you that they are completely different and do very detailed and good work, and speak Spanish, so they are incredible, thank you for such a nice experience.
