3 /5 JoyWill75: Kelly was great, attentive and took great care with my nails. I got a dip manicure and a regular pedicure and after looking at the signs for the prices my total should have been $75. Imagine my surprise when it was time to check out and they told me the cost was $90. I asked what the extra charge was for and I was informed that they charged me to remove the old dip and to cut and shape my nails… I’ve been getting dip powder manicures for years and never has any salon, anywhere, charged me to cut my nails or to remove dip… I’ve had my nails done in Naples, NY, NJ and Virginia and have been never been charged to remove dip or to cut my nails after they’ve grown since the last manicure… needless to say, I will not be returning…
Update 3/10/25… thank you for your response but I didn’t comment on your price, I commented on the fact that I was charged to have my nails cut. No one in any salon charges to have nails cut when the consumer is getting a manicure… it’s not like my nails are long, my nails grew about a 1/4 of an inch if that…. And no one charges to remove dip if you are getting a dip powder manicure…. Again, it wasn’t the prices it was the added ons for services that should come with the cost of the manicure.
