Nails So Happy in Brooksville - Brooksville (FL)

1 /5 Katie Wheeler: My Mom & I have both been coming to this salon on & off for years with really no issues. Sometimes even with appointments we’ve had a long wait, which can be irritating, but you never know what services the person before you had. Today my Mom went in as a walk-in to have her acrylic nails soaked off. This is how her nails look now. They did not file down or even attempt to soak them off. They used some sort of metal tool to attempt to lift and a towel to get them off. When the person saw the injuries she simply stated, “Oh I hurt you sorry” I am appalled, neither of us will be returning.

2 /5 Alyssa Ault: Okay my acrylics are pretty but it took 2 hours to get here. My initial design request was simple over with line work flames tapered/square. When it came time for doing the line work she told me she can’t, so I had to come up with something else quick and the initial shape was horrible and flared out. I had to ask to go back over and they really are still bubbling in shape. I also got basic white gel toes and the guy kept picking at the skin around my toes over and over between each time my nails went under the light to cure. I was there 4 HOURS. And the tech who did my nails was on the phone the whole time in her AirPods. Idk won’t be returning. Also the tech who did my pedi only exfoliated one of my legs.

5 /5 Lisa Derryberry: Im very picky. I use to come here years ago for pedicures, but havent been here in a long time. Started getting my nails done again but having trouble getting what I like so I thought Id try here and Im glad I did. Amy did a great job on my nails.

1 /5 Emily Hobbs: I called the salon around 5:30 to see if I could come in before closing (at 7 pm) , in which they said yes. Everyone in there was very nice. The technician that did my nails seemed like she was in a rush (did my nails in 28 minutes), and if she was I would’ve been more than happy to come in during another day instead of getting the work that I did on my nails. They are completely different shapes and sloppy work. One of my nails is not even, there are divots in it.

5 /5 L-aura V;: If I could give 10 stars i would. My nails are done to perfection every time I come here! I tried other places in the area and then I found nails so happy. I will never go anywhere else. They are quick and tedious. Also, they do waxing and eyelashes to perfection. I get the most compliments. i have found this place to provide the best service with great prices. They are very clean and have a large array of colors to choose from. They are very friendly and kind. Very family oriented. Thank you Amy for always making me feel beautiful when i leave your place!! Your place is the BEST!!!!
