Holly Sandner I love going to see Trina her spa is very clean and relaxing. There is no waiting as she is by appointment only. Her nail polish last longer than I have ever had. Ive been getting my nails done for over 45 years and I highly recommend her.!!!

Erika Driver Trina did my permanent eyeliner and did AMAZING!!!! I struggled with it being pretty uncomfortable, even though she used numbing creme, but she was gentle and kind and understanding and let me take breaks when I needed it. The results are phenomenal!!! Im so happy with them Im already planning on doing my eyebrows and lips!! Thoroughly recommend, well worth the money for such a skilled artist.

Danielle Bailey We had never been here before yesterday but received a gift card for it. My daughter is not an easy client to please, for her to have no complaints is a very difficult feat to accomplish, this place took it to a whole new level with her being very happy with the outcome, a feat I thought was impossible.The kind (she didn’t catch his name but said he was the owner) tech even stayed after hours to compete the set with all of the intricate details she asked for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will be back for sure.

Izzy Belle Ive been going to Nail so Happy for more than 10 years. When I first moved to Spring Hill I tried some other places but was not happy with the results. Found Nails So Happy and havent gone anywhere else. The salon is always clean and all the technicians are friendly. Tim and Luann are the best. I dont pick colors or designs anymore I leave that to Tim and he never disappoints. I always get compliments on the designs. Their pedicures are the best. The massages are great. Lately my leg shakes while doing my pedicure. Yao is awesome. She does a great job removing ingrown nails. Gives me tips on making my feet feel better. I introduced pedicures to my boyfriend and he loves them. Luann does my eyebrows and does an amazing job. Thank you Tim and Luann for having a great nail place to attend.

Chrissie Parris I love the Nail So Happy team! They always greet me like an old friend and make sure to ask and accommodate my needs. I even get recommendations for colors when I can’t make up my mind. My nails get compliments all the time and they take time to make sure the job is done right. The salon is clean and welcoming and it’s the only place I go when I need my nails done.

Alex Schafer I havent been there in two years due to my job and what i did. Now that i work in sales i thought it was a good time to get my nails done and i was right. They didnt close till 7 and still accepted my appt for 6:30 and we didn’t get done till 7:38. The owners remembered me from when i used to get them done and they took amazing care of my nails. I would recommend them to any and every one of my friends, family, and coworkers. I’ll be back more time than i can count.

Not only that, but theyve also given me GORGEOUS nails!! :) Loanne, the incredible woman who did my nails, has never disappointed me. The image below is her work, and I completely love them! She did exactly what I asked, and she even made sure I was alright throughout the process. The lovely woman who did my mothers, Kim, also did a spectacular job! Deborah McCormick I have been to this salon twice. I am new to the area and was so happy to find it. Very clean, good massage chairs, every nail color you could ever want and it is pretty. Recommend you give it a try. They are also open on Sundays.

Katie Wheeler My Mom & I have both been coming to this salon on & off for years with really no issues. Sometimes even with appointments we’ve had a long wait, which can be irritating, but you never know what services the person before you had. Today my Mom went in as a walk-in to have her acrylic nails soaked off. This is how her nails look now. They did not file down or even attempt to soak them off. They used some sort of metal tool to attempt to lift and a towel to get them off. When the person saw the injuries she simply stated, “Oh I hurt you sorry” I am appalled, neither of us will be returning.

Alyssa Ault Okay my acrylics are pretty but it took 2 hours to get here. My initial design request was simple over with line work flames tapered/square. When it came time for doing the line work she told me she can’t, so I had to come up with something else quick and the initial shape was horrible and flared out. I had to ask to go back over and they really are still bubbling in shape. I also got basic white gel toes and the guy kept picking at the skin around my toes over and over between each time my nails went under the light to cure. I was there 4 HOURS. And the tech who did my nails was on the phone the whole time in her AirPods. Idk won’t be returning. Also the tech who did my pedi only exfoliated one of my legs.

Lisa Derryberry Im very picky. I use to come here years ago for pedicures, but havent been here in a long time. Started getting my nails done again but having trouble getting what I like so I thought Id try here and Im glad I did. Amy did a great job on my nails.

Emily Hobbs I called the salon around 5:30 to see if I could come in before closing (at 7 pm) , in which they said yes. Everyone in there was very nice. The technician that did my nails seemed like she was in a rush (did my nails in 28 minutes), and if she was I would’ve been more than happy to come in during another day instead of getting the work that I did on my nails. They are completely different shapes and sloppy work. One of my nails is not even, there are divots in it.

L-aura V; If I could give 10 stars i would. My nails are done to perfection every time I come here! I tried other places in the area and then I found nails so happy. I will never go anywhere else. They are quick and tedious. Also, they do waxing and eyelashes to perfection. I get the most compliments. i have found this place to provide the best service with great prices. They are very clean and have a large array of colors to choose from. They are very friendly and kind. Very family oriented. Thank you Amy for always making me feel beautiful when i leave your place!! Your place is the BEST!!!!

cassie bouldin Theyre amazing with nail designs. Photo attached. But I only like the places which use new nail files and buffers on each client. I didnt see them sanitize any of the cuticle equipment at all. The prices are not expensive, and the staff was courteous.

Adriana Marie Went in to get my nail fixed and the guy did such a crappy job he didn’t prime my nail and he used a nail polish light to dry acrylic to hurry up and get me out of there and after he was done he didn’t check to see if both nails match and now I have one that’s longer and thicker then the other then said “why didn’t you say something” like first of all, I was on my phone. I didn’t even realize until he was done second of all that’s his job to make sure that it looks good and is even.!!!!

Saige Curtis I had the worst experience on Friday August 9th. The service took all of 30 minutes and there was no conversation. I did not even have time to look over color options. I walked in started to look at swatches and the nail lady came over grabbed four swatches and took me to her chair to where I had to look at swatches while she started the service. The whole appointment was rushed and not enjoyable. None of the nails are even and the nail tech took all of my length off my natural nails. Not even two days later and my nails are already chipping. Will be calling to talk to manager on Monday.

She is super friendly, thorough and has great recommendations when I am undecided on color and/or designs. Her station is always clean and well kept and she does an awesome job. When I call to schedule appts, they are always helpful and work to accommodate my schedule.

They both have done my pedicures and do a phenomenal job. This past time I went in, Lily helped me remove my acrylics and preserved as much as my natural nail as possible, cleaning everything up to a T. Definitely recommend! Niki Haughn This place was one of the best nail salons that I have ever been to. I called and made an appointment for my friend and I for my bday yesterday. This place was so welcoming and I didnt even have to sit and wait, my scheduled appointment I was taken back right away and so was my friend. After I decided how I wanted my nails done it was amazing they took their time to make sure that they looked fabulous. Then at the very end that I didnt expect I got a little 2 minute hand massage. I will definitely be going back to this place and would recommend this place to friends and family! Thanks again!

Alisha Mullner I dont understand these good reviews. Come from Germany and they are 100% better there! Better hygiene and they can handle much more carefully the nice woman has constantly torn on my fingers and eaten too deep into the cuticle my nail has bruises so rude was the lady. So for 60$ I expected better nails are too thick and uneven, the nail polish was not applied nicely either luckily that was a one-time visit!

cathi lee Went here for the first time today and I WILL be going back! I got a spa pedicure and it was amazing! The gentleman took extra care to massage my legs and feet to help make my arthritis feel better. He was very attentive and did an awesome job! I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon.

Erica Colgan ******Do Not Shop Here!************* My wife was mistreated here. She wanted to get acrylic nails put over her natural nails. She was treated very poorly and aggressively: the worker pounded on her work table and kept saying, “Put your hand HERE!” When my wife didn’t move her hand quickly enough, the worker ACTUALLY TOOK MY WIFE’S hand and MOVED IT AGGRESSIVELY with annoyance. My wife was startled and protested. The worker was angry because she insisted my wife get “gel” when my wife said, no, that she wanted acrylic nails. The worker raised her voice and said that if my wife didn’t get gel nail polish, they will be ruined and insisted she pay more for gel. The worker finalized this outrage by telling my wife, “Go home! Paint your own nails because you didn’t get gel but regular nail polish. It’s going to be ruined anyway.” When the worker put my wife’s fingers under the fan dryer, my wife asked how long the fan takes. The worker snapped, “FOREVER….because you no get gel!” This is totally bizarre, and grossly inappropriate. We came back to get the nails removed because the pinkie tore away the real nail underneath and the owner said, “If you can’t point out who did this, we are not going to serve you.” She didn’t even ask my wife for our credit card receipt which we have but my wife was so upset at this treatment that she didn’t even think of it when she was in front of the owner.

Kim Romeo Theyre not consistent with their work. When theyre good, their good. However like I stated, theyre not consistent with their work. Ive been going to them for a year, thats 12 months of getting my nail done. Id say it ended up being 50/50. Too much money for the screw ups. The one time I went for black and white French manicure. Within 24 hours it was chipping I went back to have it fixed and they still charged me $15 to fix their mess up. That to me is not good business. There have been a few other times where chips have happened within a couple of days I used to go to Diamond Nails and that never happened. The only reason why I started going to these guys was because theyre close to home. The bottom line is you get what you pay for and I did not always get what I paid for. And trust me Im not very picky

Adriana Marie I have always loved coming here Andy and Lena always made my time here fun And enjoyable and I always left with great nails. Lately not so much I came in two days ago for a fill the guy thinned out my nails so bad. They’re all starting to Break at the tip where he thinned out so bad I came in today to get it fixed now I’m back home and another one broke. I don’t even wanna call back and let them know you can’t tell them anything when I told the lady they were a little thin and they did not have an Apex She said that they were perfect, which they are not $50 for a fill and my nails keep breaking. I want my money back.

Senior Liaison I had been going to this salon for years. Each time I watched it become more and more dirty. The last time was the last straw. It has become the filthiest place Ive ever seen. They clearly use dirty water to "clean" the floors and there is a massive buildup of old dirt around and up the baseboards. The pedicure chair bases have dirt built up in the seams and down the sides. The carts at each chair look like theyve never been touched. When I spend over $100 every few weeks I expect a good experience in addition to good service. Some of the techs rush and others Ive come to request are wonderful and provide caring and beautiful work. With all the competition in the area, the owners need to take a good hard look at their place if they want to keep loyal customers. Its time for me to find a place with owners who care.

Courtney Klukowski I have given this place a five star review before because normally they’re amazing this time I went in at 6 o’clock an hour before closing they gave me a pedicure in 20 minutes. It was the most rust job. They kicked me out of the place before my nails were dry, and I messed them up as soon as I walked out of the door.

L C I’d recommend making an appointment if possible; we went around 1 on a Sunday and waited about 45 minutes. Everyone was friendly! My pedicure was enjoyable, but the gel polish is sloppy and on the cuticles of almost every toe.

Xenia Singleton I’ve been going to Lee Nails for a long time. Amy owns the salon and she’s absolutely amazing! She does an amazing job with your nails and she just revamped the salon. It’s absolutely gorgeous! You have to go check them out and give them a try! The last time I visited I got a manicure with gel and a pedicure with gel, it was only $75 ($90 with tip). Alba helped me and she is amazing! Go check them out! Don’t walk……Run and ask for Alba!!! She is the absolute best!!! I love her work! The salon is also beautiful!!!

Kimberly Dunn Alba, Dominick and the other staff are awesome! BUT they work for a horrible unprofessional owner who does not have customer service appreciation. I have been going there for a year happily until . Today. I brought two out town guests in. The owner was rude, yelled at her employees in front of us- when we spoke up in their defense she started to yell at me like a child. The owner made the whole salon atmosphere unpleasant . We all left and I will never return. I felt horrible for the employees- this type of incident is not the first time folks have complained about the owner- read the reviews.

Morgan Lavina New owner is an absolute delight!! Offered me a beverage as soon I sat down. My nail tech made conversation the whole time and initiated a really nice bond! It was a great experience compared to other times. My nails look amazing as well!

Ewelina Krzanowska Honestly, It was not welcoming as you walk in . One associate that work there as if they do not rely on work anymore or building a client base. The pedicure was about 20 minutes for a gel spa pedicure ** and rushed and I have a giant cut , and because the file machine was used to file off previous nail Color at what seemed like a higher speed it weakened my natural nail and caused breakage of my natural nail. I myself am a cosmetologist and was able to spot a few things wrong . This person seemed like a angry person and it was not a pleasant experience as someone who wants to just get away and get their nails done should have. I did not get her name but she was the second station to the right in the back, I am not happy because I am big on tipping and paying for work that is worth it!

DeniseD37 I had been actively searching for someone who would accommodate us for my daughters homecoming nails. Our schedule this week was terrible and we only had a window on Monday, after a work meeting ,to do them. I called in the morning and they said they could take her. I know how it feels to have someone walk in , close to closing time. They stayed later to get them done. Her nails came out beautiful and we are extremely appreciative that they were able to help us out. These women work hard and long hours. Im sure they get treated like crap alot. We are grateful to them for showing us grace and in the retail/service industry myself, there are very few times when people show any sort of grace or empathy. I just wanted to thank the staff for being there and helping us out.

Juliana Carlson Just your average nail salon. Called to book appointments, but was cut off and told just to come in an hour. We come in an hour later, and were told to wait an additional 40 minutes. We didn’t get sat until 15 minutes after the 40 minutes. You truly get what you pay for. Cheap, and not super clean. Reused a lot of tools for the services. Used dirty files. I didn’t see anyone cleaning out the pedicure tubs afterwards. Gloves weren’t used the entire time. My feet weren’t smooth afterwards. I was also quoted the wrong prices over the phone, which wasn’t very helpful.

Shaffer Lindsey (If the actual owner could respond to me Id appreciate it greatly because the way I was treated is completely uncalled for and I shouldnt have to feel embarrassed by the women who work for you, when I had done nothing wrong) This is in response to the "owner" who told me to call so that you can rectify the problem. So I called the number that you so kindly provided and spoke to a woman on the phone, and she said for me to come in at 1pm and they will take care of me so I did just that but as soon as I come in I spoke to the lady that I talked to on the phone (which she refused to give me her name along with another lady) and asked if they are truly going to rectify the problem and then all of a sudden I was told No, VERY rudely! I was also told that I must have the wrong regal nail salon as if I were stupid and didnt know where I went. When obviously I know exactly where i went, especially since its Walmart right by my house. And then when I tried showing the ladies the reply I received from the owner, they said all well owner not here! So not only did I do as they asked me to and then drove all the way here to be spoken to with extreme disrespect and rudeness. Ive never in my life had anyone that works with people or anything like that to make me feel like I was a nuisance and to just go away! After already having paid for services that were not cheap by any means and told to call, and theyd fix everything, then to be belittled and made to look like I have no common sense and a liar is unbelievable. Why would not only the owner but the woman on the phone (whom I explained everything to) tell me to come up here so they can take care of me to throw me out and have multiple women attack me with there words in front of all the other customers instead of being polite and taking me aside to discuss things. Im literally still standing here as I write this reply to the owner in shock of how horrible I was treated for absolutely no reason! That is not how anyone should treat people, especially when there are customers, and I was told to come back up here to begin with. And couldnt tell me who the owner was so I could at least speak with him or her but instead told there is no owner, so leave. I was actually really surprised that I got a response to my review and pleasantly at that. Until I walked in.
