1 /5 Elizabeth Camarillo: Store manager Melissa was very rude when my cousin called to inquire about a situation regarding the incorrect parts he was trying to return. HUNG up and was VERY AGGRESSIVE on the phone. Said she didn’t know how to return a product that was bought online BUT when we called customer service they said any store should be able to do the return. Not to mention when he had tried to cancel the order they shipped it out and never gave him a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Melissa should not be doing her job if she hates it and absolutely need to learn to be kind and HELPFUL. Will be contacting corporate.
