All work done was top notch. Very pleased with service and their willingness to answer any and all questions. Would highly recommend.

1 /5 Nicolas Paz: Went in for a cleaning—it was incomplete, and they tried to increase the cost mid-session. On my first visit, someone brought a card reader to the chair, expecting over $2K upfront. Feels more like a sales trap than a healthcare office. I’ll be sharing this on every platform to warn others. Don’t trust the Google rating check Yelp with similar cases.

5 /5 Rondi Mann: I have been a part time patient of Dr. Cruz for 5 years. I have had appointments that were emergencies. My experience with Dr. Cruz and his staff have been incredible to say the least. The whole office is courteous and kind. When I called to see how fast I could get in, Tim was very reassuring that there would be time for me that day which was a Friday, sure enough they did make time for me.The office at Naples Smiles is bright, comfortable, clean and well kept. Dr. Cruzs dental assistant Soleidy took me back for x-rays. She is kind and very proficient in her work. She did a great job getting the x-rays done correctly and assisting Dr. Cruz. My situation was complicated and unnerving, I was very stressed out. Dr. Cruz put me completely at ease, and reassured me that he would take care of the problem. He was very patient with me. I was unable to provide him with some detailed information that he needed. He told me not to worry, that he would call my Dentist where we live up North, so he could confirm the type of implant that I have and make sure he had the specific tools in hand and ready, before he started to treat me. Dr. Cruz was careful, gentle and meticulous, taking the necessary time to proceed with my care. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has a very comforting bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Cruz and his staff at Naples Smiles, without question because I know they are honest, caring and they go above and beyond what they need to do. 1 /5 Carla Egger: WATCH YOUR WALLET!! This place is an absolute rip-off. I waited over a hour and a half to be seen by the dentist (which probably saved me in the end because I had to reschedule for the actual service to another day because I didn’t have enough time to do it that day) The prices are absurd, and it’s clear they’re more interested in draining your wallet than actually providing quality care. They quoted me $7,200 for a root canal and crown. In addition the x-rays cost $750.00. I was pushed into procedures that were completely unnecessary, and after getting a second opinion, it’s obvious they were just trying to make money off me by recommend procedures that were not needed. The second dentist I saw said that neither the root canal nor crown were necessary. In addition to that, I was promised that the dentist would call a prescription for antibiotics for me that day to help with that pain until my next appointment but that never happened. This place seems more interested in padding their profits than providing honest, reasonable care. If you value your money and your health, do yourself a favor and avoid this scam of a dental practice. I won’t be back, and I strongly recommend you stay far away too.

5 /5 Maddy Glenk: Literally the best dentist! Finally found one I trust and dont dread visiting! Dr. Cruz is great at explaining and educating me on the procedures. Denisse handles my cleanings and shes the absolute best! Soleidy, Sasha, and Rosie are all amazing too!
