Nicolas Paz Went in for a cleaning—it was incomplete, and they tried to increase the cost mid-session. On my first visit, someone brought a card reader to the chair, expecting over $2K upfront. Feels more like a sales trap than a healthcare office. I’ll be sharing this on every platform to warn others. Don’t trust the Google rating check Yelp with similar cases.

Rondi Mann I have been a part time patient of Dr. Cruz for 5 years. I have had appointments that were emergencies. My experience with Dr. Cruz and his staff have been incredible to say the least. The whole office is courteous and kind. When I called to see how fast I could get in, Tim was very reassuring that there would be time for me that day which was a Friday, sure enough they did make time for me.The office at Naples Smiles is bright, comfortable, clean and well kept. Dr. Cruzs dental assistant Soleidy took me back for x-rays. She is kind and very proficient in her work. She did a great job getting the x-rays done correctly and assisting Dr. Cruz. My situation was complicated and unnerving, I was very stressed out. Dr. Cruz put me completely at ease, and reassured me that he would take care of the problem. He was very patient with me. I was unable to provide him with some detailed information that he needed. He told me not to worry, that he would call my Dentist where we live up North, so he could confirm the type of implant that I have and make sure he had the specific tools in hand and ready, before he started to treat me. Dr. Cruz was careful, gentle and meticulous, taking the necessary time to proceed with my care. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has a very comforting bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr. Cruz and his staff at Naples Smiles, without question because I know they are honest, caring and they go above and beyond what they need to do. Cindy Borowsky EXCELLENT Service! One of my crowns fell out and I needed to get it glued back in place ASAP. I called as a new patient in the morning and Dr. Brao and staff got me in that afternoon. The office was clean, modern and Dr. Brao was friendly efficient. He Glued the crown without adding Extra charges or services. Having just moved down to Naples this winter, it was very refreshing to find a honest dentist. I will definitely be back for any additional service I need.

She was very clear in explaining the complications of these conditions, what the treatment was, and what to expect after. We took our newborn daughter for a tongue and lip tie evaluation, she was very thorough with the evaluation and educating us on her findings, she never pressured us to go through with the procedure but educated us on the benefits if we decided to do so. In the 10 or so years prior, I had a bumpy road of two or three different dentists: one left me thinking they did unnecessary work; One did subpar work; And one was just fine, and then immediately retired, Not an uncommon hazard in an aging town such as Naples. I don’t remember how I found Naples Dental care, but I had been hearing their ads for years, so maybe it was destiny. This morning I was still bleeding a little but it seems to have slowed this afternoon. I hope it stops with the use of the mouth wash and antibiotics.

She picked up on a recent issue that I doubt few others would have and she made the correct and appropriate referral. Sherri Campbell My experience at Gulfside dental could not have been better. I am a snowbird with no established dental provider in Naples. Gulfside was highly rated on my insurance site. I was in pain and they got me in within 24 hours. It turns out that I have a cracked tooth. ( painful) . Dr. Botero was wonderful. She was extremely professional, took the time to explain my options and next steps. She recommended an oral surgeon who is also highly rated. Her staff was courteous and efficient and the office is beautiful and sparkling clean. Very impressed.
