5 /5 Margaret Dickie: Excellent service. I was told by several people (not professional mechanics) that they thought my car had a valve leak. Something that would cost a lot due to the time involved in tracking down where the leak might be. I told this to Neal at his shop. He could have easily taken advantage of me thinking this and say he fixed the leak. Instead he said my battery could not get my car running because the cable terminals needed cleaned for a connection to take place. My charge was minimal (including $80 for the diagnosis). I decided to buy a battery from him as mine was running low. I bought the one with a 30-month guarantee. I learned while there he that he services many high end cars like BMWs, Mercedes Benz, etc. His reviews from other customers state they will not allow anyone else to service their expensive cars since he does excellent work and always reflects honesty and integrity. I found that to be true from my own dealings with him. Also, he has many years of experience as a mechanic. Neal is very kind and patient, and he is definitely a man of integrity. I highly recommend him!!
