5 /5 Terry Bottoms: Neric was very punctual and friendly. He changed my front brake pads and rotors right at my home. I was so impressed with his workmanship that in next 30-45 days will have him back to do the back brakes and rotors. Only took little over 45 minutes to complete the work. Real down to earth, hard working young man. I’d definitely recommend and price is very reasonable. Thanks so much Neric and looking forward to getting rear brakes changed.

3 /5 Mila Bingham: I started using him in 2019 for just my brakes, even got my mom to use him for oil changes. He was responsive and punctual. In 2024-2025 things have definitely changed. I would ask for quotes on parts he said he could fix and I had to chase him down for the quotes that I still to this day never received. I ended up just giving up. I had a battery go bad and contacted him for a replacement. It took two hours before he brought the replacement back to me. Turns out I live in Pinellas Park and he drove all the way to St Pete for a new one which I didn’t understand. I would’ve just had someone drive me to Walmart to get one had I known that. I paid in full for a tune up in 2023 and he stated he didn’t have the right oil for my car. He gave me the run around about completing the job which the only thing left was the oil change. He would tell me a day and time he’s coming then I had to reach out to him to see where he was. Just to find out he wasn’t coming. That happened for three days. He then stated he’s so sorry and refunded me but was still doing my oil change. He ended up never doing it. I was going to use him again this month for an oil change but then changed my mind because of the past interaction.
