1 /5 Edward Blocker: ..I would not recommend this place under any circumstances after my experience with them. I spent almost $400 for them to fix the problem as to why my van would not start then got it back the same way (wouldnt start) after they had it for 10 days. Then, when I asked them what the problem is with it not starting, I was told (with a real nasty attitude) not to bring it back to them anymore only now, I was out the money and my van still wont start. If they couldnt fix it, then what did I pay all that money for? They are absolutely the worst auto repair shop it has been my misfortune to ever use for an auto repair and I absolutely recommend you bring your vehicle to anyone else but them.

5 /5 Michelle Wilkins: They went above and beyond to help me. I was traveling alone when my truck just died on me. I was left stranded on the side of the road a long way from home by myself around 2 a.m.. They came and towed my truck back to the shop. Allowed me to stay with my vehicle until they opened up. Even though they were very busy they got me back up and going in no time. Their prices were more than fair and great service.

They were so nice they squeezed us into their already busy schedule and had us fixed up in about an hour. We are so grateful. Now we can enjoy the rest of our trip.

Melisa Jelliff: 17 minutes and still only a very quick “hold please” and hang up. Meanwhile, we spend thousands a month with this company, to get awful customer service 98% of the time. Ordering? Oh they’re amazing! Getting core money back? You’ll get no response, have to call DAILY, all for the core pickup to continually be pushed further and further. Not to mention the fact that they lie and say a driver came or that your core was toppled over in the dirt and couldn’t be picked up - both untrue - (but when confronted with the fact that we have cameras everywhere and show there’s NO footage of a driver arriving or leaving, and your cameras show there’s core perfectly stable on a pallet upright) they ghost you for several days before you ultimately have to call over and over and over again. We’ve started ordering through the Ft Myers office (a whole 8 hours from us) where we actually get decent customer service. LKQ Bonifay is a whole joke.

None of the employees offered to help carry any, none of them got the door for me, none of them offered to take any when I made it back inside and was visibly struggling with the weight and cumbersome box. The employee who led me to the back was actually whistling and swinging his clip board instead of offering help. My first time in that store will be my last.

Less than 24 hours later (Thursday morning) they tell us that its ready to be picked up. Replaced a belt and bushings. Super speedy. Super friendly. Good pricing. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
