1 /5 Siearra Anderson: They had me wait a month to tell me theirs nothing they could do and referred me to someone else. When any other mechanic would have had me bring it in, to look at it and give me an estimate…these geniuses had me wait to tell me they can’t fix it and if I don’t my car is toast. Waste of my time, took the whole day off to go get my car fixed. Had to limit my work hours bc I didn’t know what the problem was and didn’t wanna pay someone 100 dollars to tell me something i possibly already knew. You guys suck. Do better

5 /5 Gilleon Gillis: I HIGHLY recommend. My car’s issue was repaired at a lower price than quoted. Although it was an exceptional circumstance due to the repair being more simple than expected, they were honest with me which is all a person can ask for. I worked with Mr. Raymond and he provided me great customer service and TRUSTWORTHINESS which is hard to find today in any field.

5 /5 Emileigh Stock: Norman Brothers is where my family takes all of our vehicles to be serviced. They have always been incredibly fair, quick turn around time, honest & communicative. They will not do wrong by their customers. We feel nothing but peace knowing they take pride in their work when it comes to maintaining our vehicles & keeping them as safe as possible. We will never go anywhere else for maintenance. Highly recommend.

5 /5 Alexandra Muzzarelli: I was hesitant to find a new mechanic in the big city of Jacksonville because as a single female with an older car, I pose the vulnerability of being taken advantage of financially. Those big extensive waiting rooms right? Well this waiting room was humble -all good vibes - and the work was honest and the cost was honest as well. Hard-working, genuine mechanics. After having the same mechanic for 20 years in my hometown, I am very grateful to have found this crew. I cant say enough positive things. My car drives like a dream, I should have taken it to them sooner.
