1 /5 Will Kundu: Unprofessional isn’t a close enough word to describe how Mike (the owner who does work himself) acted towards me. I pointed out that my car had gone into his shop for A/C for a second time (because the freon caps were lost at his shop during the first fix) I bought new ones and put them on, the next day I found one of my A/C caps on my hood with the wipers, as if someone had taken them off and forgotten to put them back on. They did apologize and fixed the A/C mistake. However when I went to pick up my car from his shop, I popped the hood and there was now freon caps and the a/c ran cold. But the Brake Master Cylinder cap was no longer on the reservoir. I left and voice mail asking what had happened and called the next day. To be met with Mike being EXTREMELY disrespectful and boarder line yelling at me. Accused me of lying, and misremembering my own engine bag. I want to put out I never yelled or accused him of anything. I wanted clarification on where it had gone, considering letting cars drive off your own lot, without proper equipment, especially with brakes CAN be deadly. Mike also added that Master Cylinders don’t need caps, and it’s fine. But they don’t design caps in your engine bay for fun. He had opportunity to tell me or my father when we checked on the car, or at pick up. He also asked if i want a “8 dollar replacement cap” in the most belittling way you can ask a customer. And then proceeded to say “How about this, you don’t bring your car back to my shop.” I replied “I wasn’t planning on it Mike.” I understand this place has had good reviews, I wonder how many his Father passed down.
