5 /5 Hale On Wheelz: My family of 5 have been patients for years. We have been through some doctors who werent our favorites and some that truly change the medical field. Recently the staff and doctors changed. By far in nearly 15 years of being patients this is the best staff and medical team Ive seen anywhere. We obviously have been happy enough to stay but many times contemplated switching service providers. Im happy to say with the staff and doctors now, I truly cant imagine any other clinic meeting the hospitality and the genuine listening ear instead of dismissal of issues. After 3 years of specialist and 3 years of ofg and on symptoms , our daughter was diagnosed by the new doctor (Im embarrassed not to remember her name) and has had comfort and life has been easier with a simple medicine change and diet change!! I will forever be a grateful mother. I waited three months to make sure it wasnt temporary. This is most relief and quality of day to day she has had in 3 years.

1 /5 Earl Keeler: Front desk is unprofessional and a lier, manager is unprofessional and lied about the lie. I have been telling all about the treatment. And your new doctor cant even speak English, how pitiful yall have become. When Callie was there, I bragged on yall.

1 /5 Mary Jane Davis: Only one star for desk clerks and two nurses. New doctor adjusted my meds so high I ended up at ER. The one and only time I see the new Dr at this clinic she refuses to treat me, after going to this clinic almost two years. Callie Burch was the best and I hated to see her go.

5 /5 Felicia Register: Dr. Castros is hands down one of the best doctors I have ever had. He takes time to listen to me and doesnt make me feel like he is rushing me out. He also isnt quick to just prescribe me a medication which I appreciate. If he ever leaves from here I definitely will follow him!

Prescriptions never get submitted. Save yourself a headache and find a different facility. Chasing a doctor for a service youre paying for isnt worth it here.

Michelle Baker: Front desk staff a woman named Jessica who tried to treat me some sort of way but she failed miserably. As soon as I said hello and that I was here for allergy testing she asked “what I’m I here for?” I replied again, “allergy testing” she then asked for my insurance I responded “I didn’t know I needed my insurance card,” she replied “ it’s your first time here why wouldn’t you need your insurance card?” At this point I wanted to say “do I know you from somewhere because this attitude isn’t warranted? Instead I said this appt was scheduled months ago and started thinking how all weekend I was receiving reminders but not one reminder to bring my insurance card. She rolled her eyes and said “let me see if my supervisor could look me up! She gave me this heavy IPad to start filling out all my information and started whispering to her coworker. Never have I ever argued with someone in a doctor’s office where it’s suppose to be an empathetic and professional environment but not the girls in Poughkeepsie, they are rude!!The front desk girlies need attitude adjustment asap! Jerry Gartrell: He’s a cool guy and all but he doesn’t really help and I feel as though he doesn’t care because when I explained my symptoms concerning my sinus infection all he did was see me for about 5 minutes and he was moving super quickly. He blew this air gadget device up one of my nostrils and went up my nose with something else showing me blood like I don’t know what I have going on with my self.. long story short because I can say a whole lot. I’ve been suffering with sinus infections for 14+ years. I was looking to get surgery done so I can get my breathing back to normal. This doctor didn’t want to understand what I was saying to him and all he did was prescribed me nasal sprays that I could buy at a local pharmacy. Those sprays did absolutely nothing for me because I am still suffering with those symptoms till this day. I’ve spent so much money just to be seen for five minutes seems like I was scammed. I paid $80 for copayment And next thing I know they are sending me a bill in the mail for $350 when I have insurance that should have covered everything . Remind you, I was only seen for five minutes and I am still suffering with my sinus infection. I am currently looking to see another doctor in another state because all this company wants is your pockets. I would never see this doctor again because he did absolutely nothing for me..
