1 /5 Bridget Wallace: When I came into Your hospital I was unconscious and had to come by ambulance, so I had all my jewelry on when I got to the hospital. This is to include two necklaces one pair of stud earrings and a diamond and gold tennis bracelet. Well a nurse came out and gave my husband a denture cup that had in it to necklaces and a pair study rings no diamond Tennis bracelet. I called several people there at the hospital to try to get some help in finding out what happened to my bracelet but to no avail. My suggestion to them was to look in medical records look up the date that the nurse took off my jewelry find out which nurse it was an why she Didnt give my husband the bracelet. 5 /5 Anna Maxwell: My mother went to ER in Millhopper with a broken hip and was transferred to North Florida Regional Hospital for surgery. We went straight to the 6th floor and was immediately taken care of by a wonderful person Tatiana. She took care of all my mother personal needs. She made my mom very comfortable, did not embarrass her when she was changing her gown, all in all treated us like family. That is priceless. Everyone else was fantastic as well. Very nice and caring. Tatianna, I cant thank you enough for all your help even when I was getting in the way. you deserve a raise Thank you

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital - Gainesville Nan Leggett: The entire staff was amazing, from the ER to the 3rd floor and everyone in between! Thank you nurse Christy and the whole 3rd floor team! I couldn’t have asked for better care. Everyone made a scary event bearable. Everyone was so pleasant, attentive, caring and professional. The facility was clean and well maintained. Even the food was good.

UF Health Shands Cancer Hospital - Gainesville Jay: Worst hospital ever my grandmother was in emergency waiting room for 8 hours (80 year old lady sitting for hours!!!). It should be a concern and priority to hire more staff being that all the staff in emergency room just gather by security desks joking around but don’t assist elderly patients to restroom and tell the family members “oh you can do all of that” honestly this is the worst service we ever received. At this point night crew needs a totally new staff who love their job and not just a paycheck

UF Health Shands Hospital - Gainesville Moore Nichole Ashley “Nikki”: My mom has been admitted for back pain. Her kidney was also in failure. They have been very strict with her diet which she hates but they are trying to protect her. They have brought her arts and crafts supplies. She has a lively view of The Hope Garden and clouds. They are very thorough with their testing. I am so grateful we went there.

That led us on a journey of hospitals to address his severely damaged heart. And "This" hospital and its entire "Staff" has "His Heart" and my son doing miraculously well. One of the most priceless attributes is ... not only do they care ... but by golly if there is a way ... they will find it ... you can bet your life on it ! Thank you so much. BUT ONLY AFTER he conquered every single infectious assault ... he never gave up, and neither did all the doctors, nurses, and support staff ... thank you for fighting with my son.

Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center - Gainesville Tee Necole: I broke my ankle 12/13/24 & all the staff has been extremely helpful and nice during every visit!! Today was my last visit 03/13/24…. I’m going to miss Dr. Christoper Reb , HE IS THE BEST. He helped me to a speedy recovery. I love this VA Facility ❤️❤️❤️

UF Health Shands Emergency Room / Trauma Center - Gainesville Qydru Harper-Brunson: Dr.Hood, Nurse Aira, Nurse Laurel in Shands Hospital ER are very kind and compassionate. I was feeling very left out when it came to my own care but they made sure to inform me on everything. Doctor Hood was my admitting doctor and he is very kind and thorough. Nurse Aira was my admitting nurse and she extremely thoughtful, kind, and fast sometimes too fast and that is not to say in a negative way but it can be overwhelming but other than that shes a great nurse. Nurse Laurel is so kind and very sweet, She made sure to feed me and communicated well with the doctors about me being frustrated due to not being informed. Other than that all the other staff and medical professionals seemed great but I didnt have enough interaction with them to actually tell.

Childrens Medical Services Department - Gainesville Russell Morrison: The staff here are amazing, the rooms are clean, and the resident doctors truly show that they care and know what they are doing. Its a shame that we cant keep our current resident doctor for our son, he is amazing and will be very successful because of his attention to detail and his bedside manner!!

UF Health Springhill - Gainesville Damon Erfan Ghetmiri: Great medical facility! They have pretty much most of the specialties, primary doctor, labs, and pharmacy! Everyone is super friendly and nice, and they try to accommodate you. The down aide is that it is usually hard to get early appointment times. But, when it’s the day of your appointment, everything is smooth! Really like the MyChart system they use, everything is so organized!

Mccauley and Associates Medical Group - Alachua Nicole Sommers: I love this office! Dr. McCauley and Dr. Rosario are so kind and knowledgeable and so are the Nurse Practitioners, Crystal and Christina! All of the staff here are great and I’m very happy with the care received and highly recommend this office!
