5 /5 Damon Erfan Ghetmiri: Great medical facility! They have pretty much most of the specialties, primary doctor, labs, and pharmacy! Everyone is super friendly and nice, and they try to accommodate you. The down aide is that it is usually hard to get early appointment times. But, when it’s the day of your appointment, everything is smooth! Really like the MyChart system they use, everything is so organized!

5 /5 Noa & Stella Show: Had an amazing experience on the second floor at the women center with Sammy! She was kind, genuine, joyful, patient and knowledgeable! My family and I were there today for my viable ultrasound after a devastating loss at 16 weeks 8/22/24. She made us feel at ease and was thorough with her explanation of what she was doing making our experience comfortable and not on edge because of what we endured at other places (I’ve had 3 miscarriages). Our baby is doing amazing and we even got pictures that Sammy printed for us! I even forgot my Stanley and she called me and rushed to bring it to me! Thank you so much Sammy! 4 /5 Juli Aitch: Due to the fact CareSpot is extremely inept, I had to be seen for possible pneumonia. In one quick sweep, they took care of something that should have been done in the ER. Thank you to the amazing person who helped me.

5 /5 Cindy: I have been a patient at Springhill Medical Center at both buildings 1 and 2, since it first opened. I have a doctor on every floor because of my complicated medical history. I find Springhill to be a wonderful resource for medical care. I have never had a problem there. All staff have been courteous and kind. The grounds and buildings are immaculate. I recommend this to all who need excellent and courteous medical care!

2 /5 David Davis: The doctor is great, when you actually get in to see them. I had an annual appointment scheduled in September. They asked me to reschedule to October because the doctor was going to be out. In October i had a family thing come up and had to reschedule. Their only opening was for January. I took that. I get a call on the second day of the year and they ask to reschedule me for May. When i asked if they had anything sooner, they told me that annual exams were not a high priority. I asked if when we get to the 29th of may, what is the chances that they move my appointment again and the person said "Yes that could happen, we dont know what will be happening then." I asked about some other solution, maybe i could see a different doctor with an opening for my annual and I was told that because it is an annual I am only allowed to see my primary. So according to them, an annual is simultaneously not important enough to prioritize when moving appointments, and also it is super important to have your regular doctor for it. I told the person I hope they have their next doctors appoint rescheduled and they hung up on me. I did get a notification via my chart that my appointment was approved for May, so at least they actually put it in.

UF Health Shands Emergency Center - Springhill - Gainesville Alan Franck: I was very sick. Its the 1st time I admitted myself to the ER as an adult. In about 3 hours, I was discharged and feeling much better. Sitting in the waiting room can be challenging, and being treated seated in the hallway is probably not ideal for patient or provider. But I dont think its fair of me to fault them for that. Given the resources available, they treated me well. Everyone was very kind. So I want to say thank you. From my experience, I am very grateful.

HCA Florida Ocala Hospital - Ocala Angela Rogers: I had the best experience at this hospital. I was having the worst day possible and I am so thankful to God that I was able to make it through the night. Upon arriving to their ER, they did not allow me the opportunity to sit in the waiting area for 2 seconds before the doctor was their at my side assisting me to the room. The staff was awesome and they made sure that I had everything that I needed and much more. Amanda my nurse on the very night made it very pleasant, family oriented, friendly, professional, relaxing. My nurse tech Joy was great and made my stay peaceful and pleasant. The staff at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my stay was pleasant. Plus making sure that I got the property care that I needed for the reason of my admit.

UF Health Neuromedicine - Fixel Institute - Gainesville Reda Lawton: My self & my husband were both patients of UF Health neurology. For me, it was migraines & the solution was to 1st, place me on Gabapentin. Gabapentin can affect your blood sugar levels & though mine were climbing after being placed on it, it was ignored. I took myself off Gabapentin to get my A1C back under control. The next solution I was given was the highly toxic Botox injections. Yes, they made a difference, but its a toxic substance being injected in over 30 areas around the crown of my head. Now, skipping over to my husbands story, he has been having severe neurological issues for several years & was getting worse. He started seeing UF Health Neurology around 2016. He actually went through 5 of their neurologist over the past several years. They refused to actually diagnose him with MS, even though all the evidence was there, as he cannot have an MRI due to having a pacemaker. Many years of testing & still no treatment for him as they sit back & watch him get to the point he could barely walk. In my frustration, I sought out a new neurologist. The 3rd one we were connected with in the summer of 2024, has saved my husbands life he was not controlled by politics as UF Health is. Thank GOD for Dr. Garewall in Ormond Beach for diagnosing & treating my husband, that has now been diagnosed with CIPD, MS & CMT. He ordered IVIG Infusions for him, which have saved his life. The Gamunex-C my husband is infused with, comes from people donating their blood plasma. Its working! Just 4 infusions in & my husbands life has improved dramatically!!! UF Health will not acknowledge this wonderful therapy & provide it to their patients. Back to me. After the journey of finding someone to treat my husband, I got to wondering "Am I getting the best care from UF Health Neurology?" after they were ready to just let my husband continue down the road to what ultimately would have been his death if he stayed with them. So I sought out a new neurologist as well and was lucky to find one that was willing to treat me with something much less toxic. Emgality is a monoclonal type of medication & it works! Its a lot more natural for your body than the Botox toxin. To all of you reading this post, please keep fighting for treatment that makes sense & refuse to accept there is nothing better that can be done! This clinic failed us and have failed 2 dear friends of ours. Never give up! God bless you all & keep fighting!

UF Health Psychiatric Hospital - Gainesville Boston Leemyers: I called to let them know a life saving medication that they prescribed me could not be filled by any pharmacy. They refused to send a note to the doctor so they were aware to stop prescribing this medication unless you are intentionally setting patients up for failure. The nurse said it was my problem not hers & hung up the phone on me mid sentence. Do not waste your time with a facility that only wants your money and has no desire to help you. s

Digestive Disease Associates - Gainesville megan pelley: Im only given 2 stars because the Doctors and NP are great!! The staff doesnt care about patients needs. The office manger needs more training when it comes to how she speaks to people or helping them! Its been well over 2 months and I still cant get the medicine I need unless I get samples.

UF Health Pediatric Emergency Room - Gainesville RHONDA KEENAN: Ill start by saying, the staff is very nice. They dealt with this anxious,tired mother very well. They seem to be a bit disorganized though. Lack of communication maybe? It took alot longer than it should have for my sons broken arm to be fixed. They did manage his pain as best as they could. But had it been fixed sooner, he wouldnt have required so much pain meds. And Im sure the bill we will recieve would have been cheaper too. We were there for 10 1/2 hours, overnight. 8 1/2 hrs til his arm was finally set back in place. Thats not including the 5 hrs we sat at the er in Starke before being transferred here. So 14 hrs total before his arm was set and put in a cast. Thats unacceptable. Staying overnight is awful. The fold up chairs are very uncomfortable. Being a peds unit youd think they would have somewhere for the parents to sleep (like those recliners in labor and delivery) I slept on the floor with my head on the chair. My husband didnt sleep. The nurses and Drs attitudes did help make it more bearable though. Again, they were excellent in that regard. The 2nd Ortho Dr that came, in was the one who had his stuff together. He got everything rolling and done very quickly.

HCA Florida Heart and Lung - Gainesville - Gainesville Nancy Trani: Dr. Charles T Klodell was truly a blessing to me. Dr. Klodell is an excellent cardiac surgeon. There is no doubt he saved and extended my life. It ended up being a great adventure for me, thanks to his experience, knowledge, caring and compassion. His personal staff are very smart and attentive . Felicia, helped me constantly through it all. Her kindness, energy and support were endless. I am indeed very thankful that they were there for me.

HCA Florida Gainesville Emergency - Gainesville Manee Shrestha: I just went here Dec7 last week.The service was very fast and clean with new building. I was taken in very quickly in the bed. The nurses , doctors and staffs were so kind and amazing. I got my results for CT and Urinary infection immediately but I ‘m still waiting for my blood test result now. I hope so I will get it soon . Thank you so much.!!

HCA Florida Gainesville Internal Medicine Physicians - Gainesville Marites Ramos: I loved this clinic when Dr Rios was here. Dr Rios and his nurse Ashley are fantastic. Unfortunately, we got passed on when he retired. We haven’t passed the front desk yet and I can say it is the worse experience. Not a friendly clinic at all anymore.
