5 /5 Anne Bowman: Karen, our host was generously informative about Ocala Downton, the history of the city and the industry that has driven its vitality--horses. Ashley, her partner filled in with interesting information of her own. The highlight, of course, was the choice of restaurants we visited. Each offered small plates of some of their extraordinary specialities in a relaxed unhurried atmosphere. We visited a bar/pub, make-your-own winery, exquisite taco, Southern cuisine in a tea house atmosphere, and fine dining--all options made us want to come back often. Highly recommend this food tour.
