She took us to a diversity of eateries to sample some of what downtown Ocala has to offer and introduced us to the chefs and it did not disappoint. (Bonus: Free history class)as we walked through downtown. The food walk restaurants can vary from one tour to another. I definitely will go again to sample different spots

4 /5 Dave Fosbrook: The Ocala Food Walks tour is a must for new comers to the city such as myself. Our tour guide was very knowledge about the restaurants visited and also entertained our group with history about the area. Although I stated a must for new comers I would challenge long time residents to expand their knowledge of the local eateries.

5 /5 Anne Bowman: Karen, our host was generously informative about Ocala Downton, the history of the city and the industry that has driven its vitality--horses. Ashley, her partner filled in with interesting information of her own. The highlight, of course, was the choice of restaurants we visited. Each offered small plates of some of their extraordinary specialities in a relaxed unhurried atmosphere. We visited a bar/pub, make-your-own winery, exquisite taco, Southern cuisine in a tea house atmosphere, and fine dining--all options made us want to come back often. Highly recommend this food tour.

5 /5 Jennifer Nelson: Yummy fun! Good places - a lot of food but not completely insane - GREAT selection of places to try the scene and the tour guide is super knowledgeable about the entire region, history, scene etc.
