5 /5 Cheryl Casilli: I was away on vacation with my husband late night. I really needed to check it on new haircut, I walked in with no appointment. And Bonnie was very, very nice and was able to fit me in that day. I brought her in a picture of an idea that I might like. And she nailed it gave me the best haircut Ive had in a long time. If you are staying in the area of vero beach this is the place to come. She will give you a nice fresh look. And she always has a bowl of chocolate.Thanks Bonnie

1 /5 Annie B.: I had brought my mother to Vero Beach as treat for all the hard work shed done to recover from several illness she faced. Thought a spa day would be lovely for her... Yeah right!!! Made an appointment for 10am the day before. NO ONE showed up by 10:25 A hotel staff member kindly called the salon and they said 25 MORE minutes and claimed we never confirmed the appointment when the employee said to my mother when she made the appointment. "So ill see you at 10?" TWICE. **1 HOUR after the appointment NO ONE HAD COME. In the end we left with the store STILL closed. They tried to call us on the road 1hour 30 minutes after. Simply unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL Maybe conveint but go somewhere where the saloon people will value you enough to show up to your appointment or even in the time the OWNER* had quoted. Which she did not hold true too at all. Thanks for wasting our time.

5 /5 Bryan Burris: Very nice salon located rite on the beach , Close to everything and conveniently adjacent to the holiday inn ! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable and willing to make sure your experience here is custom to your needs ! Staff is very friendly . The owner is very nice and professional ! She makes you feel like your rite at home . She has been in the beauty industry for over 50 years and had this location for 23 years. She also accommodates home bound , nursing homes , and hospitalized clients that cant make it in to the shop ! They also offer nail services (manis,pedis) etc! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone .
