I had no idea what to ask for to get the results I wanted, but Morgan provided me with an in-depth explanation of what each service consisted of and what the result would be, as well as her reccommendation as to which one(s) I should do to achieve the look I wanted. I usually take a long time to decide on a service and business to go to when its my first time, but I was so impressed and appreciative with her knowledge and communication that I just booked immediately and Im very happy I did! Just an fyi, I got the eyebrow lamination and tint.

    Cecilia B: The absolute worst nail experience I have ever had. Made an appointment and still waited 30 minutes. Total time in salon was 3 and half hours. I had asked if they would still be able to complete my nails after being late to start because I had an appointment after and said they would be done by 12:30, didn’t leave the salon until 2 o’clock. They then charged me more when I asked pricing prior to start. Don’t know how they stay in business! I won’t be back. My nails look terrible and are completely uneven and paid 90 dollars. Good luck!

    Luisa Lasso: Michelle and her team always provide great customer service. My nails last a long time and they’ve never lifted or broke. I recently tried S-gel and they last way longer than acrylic and doesn’t damage your nail. Michelle recommended I try it and I haven’t looked back since! I am always happy and satisfied when I come here!

    Keely Rumplik: Went to this spa yesterday with my mom and it was sooooo quick that the two ladies working were rushing to get us done since multiple others walked in. Did not do a full pedicure on my mom and nail polish already chipping & same with my dip manicure. Absolutely horrible. Would def not recommend. I also asked for red polish and the nail tech put orange on my finger nails and then was trying to put on pink nail polish!! My mom had to go find red in the store because she couldn’t figure out what red nail polish is!
