I brought in my Mercedes-Benz for a straightforward water pump labor job, but the outcome has been nothing short of a nightmare. After paying $900, I began experiencing serious issues that were not present before the mechanic touched my car. Now, I’m dealing with crankshaft damage, a destroyed belt, oil leakage, and my car no longer accelerates properly. It’s clear that more harm was done than good. I’ve never encountered such carelessness and negligence from a mechanic. Despite expressing my frustration over the phone, their only response was to suggest legal action—which speaks volumes. If you’re unsure of what you’re doing, why take on the job? I trusted this shop with my vehicle, and now I’m left with even more costly repairs and no accountability from their side. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their car or peace of mind.

5 /5 Saccerio Farrington: My A/C in my dodge durango was blowing hot air and I needed it to be fixed before my trip. I called one stop and GiGi was very accommodating and friendly. They came within an hour for diagnostic. Akeem was the mechanic and came to find out it was my compressor. He said it might be the a/c clutch but ultimately it was the whole compressor. I got the parts for it and he came by again and installed it within an hour. He gave me details through the whole process of what he was doing and Gigi was keeping me updated with it as well. My car is working fine now thanks to them and I’m so grateful. I give them 10/10. You won’t be disappointed.
