3 /5 Dolly Guadalupe: The doctors and medical staff? 10 stars so far. Im seeing Dr. Teixeira, and he has been phenomenal. Im getting a duodenal switch done, and he was super informative. Dr. Laura, and the nutritionist, Gayle, have also been amazing. All of them get 10 out of 5 stars from me. The office staff, though, leaves much to be desired. Ive been calling since last week to pay the surgeons fee so I can have my surgery scheduled. I was told by one person that only Orlayne can take my payment. Today, Im told that someone else will take my payment and that Id be getting a call back by the end of the day. Its 5:08pm, and I never got a call. Like I said, doctors and medical staff, they get five stars from me. But the office staff leave much to be desired. The customer service is mediocre at best. Im very upset at being told Id get a call back and never did. As a result, Im giving a 3 star review as a whole. If the office steps up their game and sticks to promises, Ill reconsider my review.

1 /5 jessica cozart: It started off positive until after surgery. Dr didnt listen to anything. Prescribed meds I had known allergy to, hospital pharmacy even delivered them bedside when it was noted in my chart I had an allergy to it then nothing I have been complaining about since day 2 of surgery has been addressed. Trying to get follow up appointment is a battle. Send message on my chart for follow up the nurse calls asking about protien intake and fluid intake and tells me its not what they want then tells me she dont make appointments then transfers to appointment line where that operator questions even more why Im coming when notes from last visit clearly requested 2 to 4 week follow up. It feel like u fight to get follow up appointment that i already feel is useless bc issues from day 2 are still happening months after surgery with no plan of even addressing. This place has a mentality heard em in, heard em out as quickly as possible and provide subpar care post surgery. Post op care from this office keeps getting worse. Near 5 months after still puking daily, pain and a condition they found during surgery they are opting to not treat despite me asking for months. They reply since Im not feeling well treatment is harsh blah blah. So theyre opting to let something go untreated to progress and make symptoms I have get worse. They send info to my pcp everything is good no issues but its confirmed test to prove this is a lie. Do yourself a favor, seek care from an advent health surgeon. The care this place exhibits is nonexistent.

1 /5 Krystina DiCristofano: I had a great experience until I could not longer have surgery due to financial issues. I am required by my job to get a medical note stating that I’m good to work and no longer need to be on leave. I have called, and emailed for almost a month and have gotten no reply or someone will say they will call me back and never do. This will now cause me to lose pay as I cannot work without this note. Shame on you for the way you treat someone after they are no longer giving you money.

Community Health Centers - Orlando Desi Colon: Just had my first, initial visit, I found this place because they came into my room at the hospital and pretty much begged for patients. It’s a nice place but overall customer service is very poor, the nurse was very dismissive and you could tell she didn’t want to be there, the front desk as well. Dr. Gigi wasn’t the most personable Dr either. She was pretty rude and gave us the most basic response to our questions. I asked for information on a vaccine she said she’d print me out a pamphlet to read… she could not wait to leave the room and it’s sad they had only a few people there when I visited and still the attention to patients is lacking. My daughter did not like to be touched by Dr Gigi and I could feel the energy in the room just being very hostile and dismissive. Overall not a good experience and transferring my care as soon as possible. Like I said this was not my first choice but they came to my hospital room when I was admitted and I figured it would make things easier to just go with them as I hadn’t had time to search pediatricians. But I wish I would’ve did a little more homework on them. I did not like the experience at all.

Caring, attentive, personable & professional staff provides the most comfortable environment. Dr. Napoleon is arguably one of the best Healthcare providers that Ive ever known. She takes her time with her patients, asks lots of questions and meticulously crafts a wellness plan to address all medical concerns. In addition she has phenomenal bedside manners and something lacking in modern medicine, a sense of humor. If you choose this organization, you wont be disappointed. Best regards.

Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine - Orlando Juana Seguel-Figueroa: My kids have been referred to get a sleep study and I have tried to get an appointment since December 12th, I have called and left several voice messages to the sleep lab in different occasions and no one answers my calls. I talked today to the referral line, they tried to call them and they can’t get a hold of them either so big mistake thinking going to Arnold Palmer was going to be a great option. They don’t answer any phone calls at all or return any messages.
