1 /5 Victor Almanza: I made an appointment at 7am 11/06/2024. I arrived at the establishment at 6:52am. Workers were there at the establishment, ready and dressed for work. At 7:30am the very nice receptionist informed me that the doctor is late and will come in at 8:00am. When I asked why he is running late, because I’m very understanding if something comes up like an emergency or car troubles, but they had no excuse or answer- but they did know he was coming at 8:00am My boss gave me the leeway and allowed me to be late for work BECAUSE OF THE DOCTORS ABSENCE, here I am at 8:40am in the morning and I’m leaving the establishment because the doctor is not even in the building yet. I feel sorry for the workers that team is ready and willing to be ready for work but when THE DOCTOR, the man who is supposed to be running the establishment is not even presents for the first appointment of the day, that is concerning. The staff had no excuse as to why the doctor was not present, whether they just didn’t know or they didn’t want to tell me the real reason for his absence, there proved to be deep inadequacies of communication within this team. What a tremendous waste of my time. Extremely unprofessional and unfair to people who make time out of their schedules to give this establishment business.

5 /5 Stephanie Cortez: My husband has been going to this doctor’s office for over 4yrs. The NEW front desk staff, especially Estefan, has been absolutely fantastic. Going above and beyond to ensure timely follow ups, medication issues you may have, and proper appointment setup. All the small things we expect from a well oiled doctor’s office. Thank you to Estefan and the rest the of the team for being so caring and very understanding.

1 /5 Ben Nevins: I felt there was a huge lack of attention and care in managing my appointment and prescription needs as a new patient. I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed that wasn’t logged, and I didn’t receive a call back regarding a time sensitive medication issue, even though I was promised a call later that day. These factors made it challenging to trust the level of care I’d receive moving forward. Additionally, when office staff mentioned to me that Dr. Chaudhry ‘isn’t for everyone,’ I was concerned, and unfortunately, I found this to be true. My interactions with him came across as aggressive and short-fused, which felt unsympathetic to my situation. I believe it’s in my best interest to seek care elsewhere that will better align with my needs. I hope someone at the office is able to address these issues so future patients can have a more positive experience than mine.

1 /5 Tiantian Sun: Extremely unprofessional & unpleasant experience started with booking the appointment: - I called to book appt., 2:15pm available. Great, booked that immediately. Then someone called back to ask if I can do tomorrow. I expressed that I can’t, I need to be seen & get medication asap. Then okay, she offered 3:45pm, I said no, because I wanted to make sure I get seen in time & have time to pick up prescriptions. She said okay, 3:15pm then. - I arrived around 3:05pm, and wasn’t seen by doctor Tim until 4:37pm. The entire interaction with the doctor was no longer than 3 mins. Despite all the hassle, I didn’t say much, just glad to be able to pick up my meds in a timely manner & get out of this mess. - I drove to pharmacy, was told there was no prescription sent (antibiotic for my sinus infection). Called the office, and left multiple voices mails. No answers. (Their Google business hour is incorrect). I empathized multiple times before I left the office asking if the prescription was sent, and if that was correct. I was assured everything was done. The level of unprofessionalism was simply unacceptable, now I have rushed to UrgentCare, after wasting my afternoon/evening to go through this process again to get medicine, while feeling ill & unwell. I will be switching primary care doctor first thing tomorrow.

Community Health Centers - Orlando Desi Colon: Just had my first, initial visit, I found this place because they came into my room at the hospital and pretty much begged for patients. It’s a nice place but overall customer service is very poor, the nurse was very dismissive and you could tell she didn’t want to be there, the front desk as well. Dr. Gigi wasn’t the most personable Dr either. She was pretty rude and gave us the most basic response to our questions. I asked for information on a vaccine she said she’d print me out a pamphlet to read… she could not wait to leave the room and it’s sad they had only a few people there when I visited and still the attention to patients is lacking. My daughter did not like to be touched by Dr Gigi and I could feel the energy in the room just being very hostile and dismissive. Overall not a good experience and transferring my care as soon as possible. Like I said this was not my first choice but they came to my hospital room when I was admitted and I figured it would make things easier to just go with them as I hadn’t had time to search pediatricians. But I wish I would’ve did a little more homework on them. I did not like the experience at all.

He’s definitely new because I’ve never seen him before . In also head & Neck movement while he’s talking its terrible .

PeopleOne Health I Rosencare - Orlando DARRYL CASON: My wife and I are very impressed with the service that PeopleOne provides. Caring, attentive, personable & professional staff provides the most comfortable environment. Dr. Napoleon is arguably one of the best Healthcare providers that Ive ever known. She takes her time with her patients, asks lots of questions and meticulously crafts a wellness plan to address all medical concerns. In addition she has phenomenal bedside manners and something lacking in modern medicine, a sense of humor. If you choose this organization, you wont be disappointed. Best regards.

Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine - Orlando Juana Seguel-Figueroa: My kids have been referred to get a sleep study and I have tried to get an appointment since December 12th, I have called and left several voice messages to the sleep lab in different occasions and no one answers my calls. I talked today to the referral line, they tried to call them and they can’t get a hold of them either so big mistake thinking going to Arnold Palmer was going to be a great option. They don’t answer any phone calls at all or return any messages.

Orlando Health Imaging Centers - Orlando Wafaa Basanda: I had an appointment at the Orlando Health Imaging Center in Spring Lake, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member at check-in, was rude from the moment I arrived. She was chatting instead of assisting me, making me wait over 15 minutes before even acknowledging me. When she finally checked me in, she rudely demanded my co-payment. There seemed to be an issue with their system because my payment wouldn’t go through on any of my cards. I explained that I was sure the problem was on their end, but she dismissively insisted that my cards were simply declined. After checking my bank and confirming there was no issue on my side, I asked her to try a different device. She finally agreed, and the payment went through without any problems. After completing the transaction, I asked if she would at least apologize for the inconvenience. Instead of showing any professionalism, she raised her voice and shouted, “No, I don’t!” She then escalated the situation further by telling me she could refuse my service and demanded that I leave. When I requested to speak to a manager, she claimed there was none available because the manager was left!!!! Even after I insisted that I would not leave, they made me wait an additional 30 minutes before I was finally seen. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a healthcare facility. The staff at this location are unprofessional and rude, and it seems like there is no management oversight. Patients deserve better treatment and respect.

Orlando Health Digestive Health Institute - Downtown Orlando - Orlando K Raaten: The main entrance is closed. There is a sign out front (see pic) that says to use the Cancer Institute entrance. HOWEVER, getting to the Cancer Institute entrance requires walking on the road (no sidewalk) and there is also no cover if it’s raining. Once you get to the Cancer entrance, you see a sign that it is closed and that you should use the ORMC main entrance, but of course there are no directions or even an arrow indicating which way to start your next trip. Luckily,” (sarcasm) there is a help box with a help button at the entrance. After nearly 8 minutes and dozens of pushes and holds, no one had ever answered. So, time to start your next blind quest. When/IF you are lucky enough to find the ORMC main entrance without getting hit by a car, you’ll notice that the Digestive Institute’s closed entrance is only about 20 yards from the ORMC main entrance. When security and reception is asked about the signs that don’t point you in the right direction, or ANY direction, the most common response is shrugged shoulders. There is no way this place can be in the top 50 hospitals without manipulating the data. Shoot, you can hardly even get in, much less get timely service with compassion.

The Heart Center - Arnold Palmer Hospital - Orlando Tamra George: First off my GPS sent me to the wrong location which made me late BUT the staff did a wonderful job by showing understanding and patience. The appointment itself was nothing but phenomenal. From the receptionist to the MAs and the Dr, everyone was so bubbly and friendly. My daughter was slightly nervous but she did a great job. Everything was very kid friendly and colorful. They offered her a coloring page and stickers. When we left, she got a Minnie Mouse doll. 11/10 would forever recommend.

Rethink Health Direct Primary Care - Winter Park Patricia Johnson: Best place for primary care in central Florida. My husband and I both have been patients here for several years. We couldn’t be happier with the care we receive. We see Dorie Goldberg. She is not only an excellent clinician, she is caring and compassionate And really listens to her patients’ concerns, and takes the time to answer every single question. We highly recommend this office and these providers.
