5 /5 luz hernandez: I find the negative reviews very strange. In my personal opinion about Mr. Ortegas service, these reviews are false. Ive been taking my Chevy Avalanche to this place for six years, and Mr. Ortega has never scammed us; hes always left the car in perfect condition and always lets my husband test drive it before picking out from his shop. Hes also very kind and professional. I dont know why people say these negative things about him; its neither fair nor true. In my case, up until now, hes been a very respectable and professional person. He doesnt overcharge and is very honest. Hes also a very good mechanic. Ive recommended him to many friends, and now theyre all his clients. Im very demanding and difficult with mechanics, thats why I think, in this case, the negative things come from negative people who just want to ruin the image of a business on a whim..

1 /5 Ramcher Felix: He stole $3,200... I told him I had some Acceleration problems and I thought it was the Transmission. I took it 2 different Transmission Specialists before Ortega. Both Transmission Specials said they couldn’t find the problem, they both Declined to do a $2,000 Transmission Rebuild. I next took it to Julio Ortega where he said I need a “Tune Up” and Charged $3,200. I told him my only Concern was for the Problem to be completely fixed. Eventually he Called me to pick up the Car. When I got there I asked to Test Drive to make sure the Problem was fixed. He Refused to let me Test Drive my own Car. He said he has to be Paid $3,200 before he can Drive the Car. That’s the First time I’ve ever heard of anything like that. He stated that the Car is Currently in his Possession, that he’s Responsible and could be held Liable. So he didn’t let me Test Drive the Car. I ended up Paying him $3,200 before Driving the Car. And when I finally went to Drive Back, what do you know? The Car works exactly like how when I brought it in to him. No Difference at all. $3,200 Spent and nothing to Show for it. He didn’t fix a Single thing. I had 2 Specialists Decline $2,000 Service only for Ortega to Charge $3,200 and not fix anything. He’s scammer. Even if he can’t find the Problem he’ll make one up. DO NOT TRUST “Julio Ortega”

1 /5 Pierre Jacob: This guy is not professional at all and He is very aggressive for money. He was fixing my car A.C and he told me come back tomorrow after I drop off the car and he kept the car for 5 days and I had to get uber to and from work and He wouldn t do nothing about that and he had me change several parts one after another and at the end , the Ac was not fixed right and works on and off. I strongly do not recommend this mechanic. Dishonest, Incompetent and greedy.
