1 /5 Brandon C.: Theres a sign in the office that says a new patient appointment is 1 hr MINIMUM, meaning you’ll be sitting in the back room for 1 hour before you even get to see the doctor. I waited over 1 hr, and then saw the doctor for no more than 3 minutes. He was extremely rude to me; he snapped at me and interrupted me when I was trying to explain my symptoms and bloodwork. He literally had his back to me the entire time before I was rushed out of there. It was a demoralizing experience. I turned down a second appointment.

2 /5 Cyndi Warren: Dr Lodhi is a good doctor in that he knows how to treat RA, but he has the worst bedside manner of any doctor Ive ever been to. For example, he went out of the country from November to December and left no one to refill medicine. I had to go without my meds for a month because of this.

1 /5 Beverly Kraus: This doctor is all about the money, had only 2 visits neither of them lasting more than 5 mins, if you want a doctor who cares this is not your man. He sent me for a lot of bloods that had nothing at all to do with my condition, I now owe $156 to lab quest thats after insurance. At least I know I dont have syphilis.

1 /5 John Medina: First the a/c is not turned on, therefore a full office and everyone suffocating. Second, this so called professional has complete disregard for patients time. Does not care, let them wait. I walked out after one hour inside on the little room.

zulmi shafaat: I wish I could give no star to this doctor and clinic. I arrived at this location thirty minutes before my appointment time. First I had a hard time finding parking. It took me 15 minutes just to find a parking spot which was a distance from this location. When I got there the receptionist informed me that the doctor was not in the office but he would be there shortly. I didnt say anything and started to complete my visit forms. There were a couple put patients waiting in the room. A few minutes later a nurse walked out of the office and informed another patient that the doctor still had not arrived and she had no idea what time he would be in. I asked the receptionist that please not charge my insurance and informed her that I was leaving. The nurse started to ask the reason for leaving and expected me to wait for the doctor by saying that my appointment was at 2 pm and the doctor would be there. I responded that there were still patients waiting before me. There was no apology. The attitude was like if I have to wait regardless.

Jennifer C.: Do not use this office for imaging if you value your time. Not once but twice they canceled on me the morning of. The second time canceled, I had already arrived to the office to check in, and they told me I’d have to reschedule because I was only a preventive screening, and their technologist had made an appointment. They said they’d called and left me a voicemail, but they absolutely did not. In fact I’d received two text messages, including one that morning, confirming my appointments. They do not value your time, and it was a terrible experience trying to schedule with them this past year for my standard women’s care.

Matthew Borg: Waiting for an appointment, sat down in a chair with ants. Listening to staff treat other vets with attitudes. The nurse gave directions to stay, then when the patient didnt understand, she sat down and talked about how people dont listen. Staff were on their phones and eating at the desk, which probably adds to the ants. Ive seen bad va clinics but this was disgraceful. Why have doors for employees safety if they are not used?

I had some traumatized experiences in the past, but she was so patient and made me feel so calm and comfortable! Besides this, she listened all my questions and explained everything to me. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a doctor’s office before. Definitely my best experience in my whole life. I’m very grateful for these two ladies!

Cynthia Thompson: This place needs to be shut down…... PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!! This was on two separate visits that I had to go to the hospital with my dad for an emergency. Please do not go. This place is disgusting. They have blood on the floor with needle caps and bloody gauze stuck to the blanket they brought my dad. Looks as if the rooms don’t get cleaned just bed made. Nobody sanitize anything, They put us in a room that was very dirty and disgusting and unsanitized with blood on the floor again the same in the emergency room. My dad was there for three days. They never gave him a bath. They never helped him change his diaper or anything. Please do not go here. The staff are very rude which surprised me. She started yelling at my father because he couldn’t understand her because she had an accent. There is no doctor on staff only RN. I believe doctors are there once in the morning that’s it and then they leave for the rest of the day that’s what I was told. You have to speak with the doctor over a computer. We went for possible stroke for my dad we got there at 11:57am. My dad didn’t get any medication to bring his blood pressure down until after 2 o’clock. I was scared I was panicking because I thought my dad was going to die of a heart attack or severe stroke. They took my dad off the monitor because I kept asking them about his blood pressure going up and they got annoyed with me asking about his bp going up so they took him off the monitor and put him on this little box that he could put in the bed with him so I couldn’t see. I guess it was their way of stopping me from asking questions. The monitor kept going off due to how high his blood pressure was. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or they just don’t have enough nurses to cover the patients. If you page a nurse they won’t come in until an hour an 30 minutes later. However they’ll answer the page but never send anyone. Adele his nurse sent out a page to the doctor they did not respond until the next day. The nurse in the picture was very nice and helpful as much as she can because she couldn’t speak fluent English however, she seemed and looked as if she was overworked and extremely tired. The doctor also told me do not bring him in if his blood pressure is over 200. Just give the medication that he told me to give him however I gave him the medication and it would not go down and he seemed upset that I brought him in the hospital.
