  • Osceola Community Health Services at Poinciana - Poinciana Bianca Oliveira: Miss Zuleika (the receptionist) was extremely patient, polite and answered all my questions. I don’t have words enough to compliment the nurse Vicky. I had some traumatized experiences in the past, but she was so patient and made me feel so calm and comfortable! Besides this, she listened all my questions and explained everything to me. I’ve never felt so welcomed in a doctor’s office before. Definitely my best experience in my whole life. I’m very grateful for these two ladies!
Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital - St Cloud Cynthia Thompson: This place needs to be shut down…... PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!! This was on two separate visits that I had to go to the hospital with my dad for an emergency. Please do not go. This place is disgusting. They have blood on the floor with needle caps and bloody gauze stuck to the blanket they brought my dad. Looks as if the rooms don’t get cleaned just bed made. Nobody sanitize anything, They put us in a room that was very dirty and disgusting and unsanitized with blood on the floor again the same in the emergency room. My dad was there for three days. They never gave him a bath. They never helped him change his diaper or anything. Please do not go here. The staff are very rude which surprised me. She started yelling at my father because he couldn’t understand her because she had an accent. There is no doctor on staff only RN. I believe doctors are there once in the morning that’s it and then they leave for the rest of the day that’s what I was told. You have to speak with the doctor over a computer. We went for possible stroke for my dad we got there at 11:57am. My dad didn’t get any medication to bring his blood pressure down until after 2 o’clock. I was scared I was panicking because I thought my dad was going to die of a heart attack or severe stroke. They took my dad off the monitor because I kept asking them about his blood pressure going up and they got annoyed with me asking about his bp going up so they took him off the monitor and put him on this little box that he could put in the bed with him so I couldn’t see. I guess it was their way of stopping me from asking questions. The monitor kept going off due to how high his blood pressure was. I’m not sure if they’re short staffed or they just don’t have enough nurses to cover the patients. If you page a nurse they won’t come in until an hour an 30 minutes later. However they’ll answer the page but never send anyone. Adele his nurse sent out a page to the doctor they did not respond until the next day. The nurse in the picture was very nice and helpful as much as she can because she couldn’t speak fluent English however, she seemed and looked as if she was overworked and extremely tired. The doctor also told me do not bring him in if his blood pressure is over 200. Just give the medication that he told me to give him however I gave him the medication and it would not go down and he seemed upset that I brought him in the hospital.
Osceola Community Health Services (Adminstration Bldg) - Kissimmee Amanda Medina: Dr Patel and Madeline are amazing. I wish I came to this office sooner.
AdventHealth Orthopedics Associates of Osceola - Kissimmee Lucy García: Today I had an appointment for an injection in my knee. I explained my case to the doctors assistant, and she was so rude. She told me there was no point in giving me another dose since it hadnt worked before, that my insurance was bad and low. She asked me if I had money to pay for the gel treatment; otherwise, she would arrange for me to be operated on by another doctor. I was left in shock... I couldnt believe what she was saying. On top of that, she acted as the translator for the doctor (who must have told her that he left), and I was left with nothing... Its a shame that I just now see the reviews for the medical center, otherwise, I wouldnt have gone....It’s a shame that one person can make a doctor and a company, whose only goal is to help so many people.
Celebration Obstetrics & Gynecology - Kissimmee Megan MacDonald: This may have been the kindest medical team I’ve ever gone to. Everyone was so helpful. I’m typically a very nervous patient and the reassurance I received was well needed. I highly recommend to anyone going as a new patient. I saw Natalie Bowles and she was amazing and listened to my concerns.
Nemours Childrens Hospital, Florida - Orlando Marlenny De La Cruz: One of my favorite places to visit for my son Anthonys doctor appointments is Nemours. For the past 11 years, weve had the privilege of receiving care from Dr. Livingston and the cf team, who has been incredible in managing my son’s cystic fibrosis check-ups. The warm atmosphere feels like family, and it brings so much comfort knowing we are in such capable hands. Anthony actually enjoys going to the doctors here, which speaks volumes about the compassionate care we receive. I am immensely grateful for everything that the staff does for us and for all the families navigating similar challenges with their children’s medical conditions. Their dedication truly makes a difference in our lives!
VAMC Lake Nona, FL - Orlando Bens Assembly Service: These folks serve the VA selflessly, and deliver its mission flawlessly. Timely, honest, caring, fast and warm customer service. A huge thank you to the kitchen, custodial, linen, and hospitality teams. This place is like a spot less five star hotel. Everything was delicious, fresh, clean, and only a call away. Trash was taken out in my room multiple times a day, as well as cleaned. Clean towels, and pjs whenever I needed. I was incredibly impressed with the level of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service that was constantly provided.
Urology Health Solutions, Inc. - Kissimmee Nesli Gursoy: I regret not reading the reviews before making the appointment. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews about his behavior are accurate. My husband recently had some concerns due to abnormal test results. This morning, he had a follow-up appointment to discuss them. Unfortunately, his experience was terrible. The doctor was extremely rude and uncaring. He didnt listen, didn’t even mention the abnormal test results and when we asked questions, he became upset. It seemed like he just wanted to write a prescription and get out of the room I believe that professionals like this should not be in practice. I want to make others aware and advise caution before I proceed with filing a formal complaint.
AdventHealth Medical Group Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Celebration - Kissimmee Melegal Name: Had Hemorrhoids surgery with Dr Smith, R. The office staff including managers are very bad to deal with. They were rude and had a bad attitude that they had to respond to my complaint that its been 28 hrs and counting since my first call advising them I was running out of pain medication. Im calling them pulling my hair out in pain and they are telling me they are doing all they can to send the meds to the pharmacy. In this day and age it should take 12 calls to the Dr. office to get a prescription sent. Still not resolved!! They still haven’t filled it! Procedure and Dr was great. Its too bad for that clinical team!!
Florida Hospital Celebration Health Medical Practices - Kissimmee Rick Burgess: Medical and support staff are professional, wonderful and very attentive at Celebration Hospital. The level of care is excellent. Unfortunately the front entrance teams are ratcheting down and enforcing right wing non caring rigid rules. While waiting for the official visiting hours, I witnessed a husband that was refused entry to be with his dying wife. Clearly the entry rules are uncaring this week. If employees are managed this way then their CEO Doug Harcombe needs to add some compassion to his rules.
