1 /5 Sydney Bromley: Very underwhelming experience for a downtown nail salon. Aesthetic is nice but nail techs are very inexperienced. Went to get a pedicure this past weekend and although my nail tech was pleasant the one my mom had been assigned was very rude. I also spent $8 extra dollars for “better” fast dry nail polish and an entire nail of polish is gone, I’ve never had this happen before. In conclusion, I’ve had WAY better pedicures at malls & airports and I would never come back here.

1 /5 Shelby Love: I had a very disappointing experience at this salon and wouldn’t recommend it. My gel polish manicure and pedicure, with a simple design on my ring fingers, took 2.5 hours—far too long for a standard service. Despite my feedback, the nail tech struggled with shaping, and I eventually gave up on asking her to correct. The service was overpriced for the quality, and the overall experience was frustrating. The receptionist arrived late, and the manager was unhelpful despite being aware of my dissatisfaction. I had high expectations for this salon, but unfortunately, I left pissed and with subpar nails for a big event I have this weekend

5 /5 Megan hartig: I love coming to get my nails done here. The staff is welcoming and kind. Tonya has been doing my nails recently and the regular manicure with dazzle dry lasts for weeks :)

1 /5 Allie: The girls were as sweet as they could be but my nails did not turn out good on 10/31/24.Im sure they did the best they knew how but they were obviously rushed. They turned out all uneven, lumpy and bumpy and even snaggy in some places. Some are completely flat with a lump at the cuticle. No precision / little to no consideration was given as to their shape/structure. There was supposed to be a small straight gold band at the tip across each nail and in the close-up photo you can see how jacked up that is. Her technique on this made absolutely no sense and was so messy. I really feel like I should be refunded. Management- please, I would like to hear from you to rectify this or please just refund my card on file as I will be out of the country for a few weeks. If not refunded -I will be in touch. Thank you! My cost was ~115.00 w/tip.
