He takes his time and explains to you what needs to be done to resolve the issue. He is very professional and does not rush the process. I was met by Rosa inside and she helped get me situated and the guys took my car and got it worked on immediately. I checked my watch I hadn’t been there no more than 30 minutes and I was leaving with my oil changed and filter replaced!!!
