5 /5 Yami Yami: Having surgery at Palmetto General hospital has been a great experience. At first, I was very skeptical because of the reputation but they proved me wrong. The staff from same day surgery was very family oriented and made us feel like home. The doctors and nurses kept my husband updated throughout the day and the manager herself walked him personally to the recovery suit. She was a sweet heart and made sure we both had moment of privacy after a long day of surgery. It feels good to see some passionate people there. Thank you all for making this experience great

The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel like we were in good hands from the moment we walked in. The doctors and nurses were knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, putting our minds at ease. The hospitals smaller size actually turned out to be a blessing, as we received personalized attention and didnt feel lost in the shuffle. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the compassionate and professional care we received, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this community hospital to anyone in need of medical attention.

5 /5 Relaxation Corner: Stephanie the case manager was incredibly professional and compassionate while assisting my grandmother on the 3rd floor. I was at the 3rd floor with my grandmother, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference. The hospital, nurses, and doctors were also very nice and provided excellent care.

5 /5 Jesus Barrios: I was at the hospital on the 3rd floor with my grandma , and the care we received was outstanding. Everyone, from the nurses to the doctors, was kind and attentive. Case manager Stephanie was especially helpful she answered all our questions with patience and professionalism. She was incredibly respectful and understanding of our needs, making sure we felt supported throughout the process. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend this hospital.

5 /5 J: Palmetto General Hospital is the reason my sister is still alive. From the caring team in the ICU to her amazing rehabilitation specialist/physical therapist (Lucy A., Lilian C. and another amazing specialist who’s name I didn’t get but she was also absolutely incredible) my sister has made leaps and bounds in her recovery. Our family is located in a different state so we relied heavily on the team to communicate updates, changes and procedures with us. They were always helpful and able to keep us at ease even with our distance. Now we have encountered some nurses that weren’t great, but we always addressed it and the energy was quickly adjusted. The physical therapist were SO helpful, they would call us on FaceTime to show us my sisters progress and another therapist allowed me to record her working so we had exercises to reference when we were visiting. This has been a whirlwind experience for our family but I’m grateful for the care my sister has received and the genuine happiness her care team has to see her progress.
