1 /5 Sophia Dominguez: I have had about 2 or 3 appointments at this facility and have not been satisfied at all with them. They scheduled an unnecessary appointment for a physical exam even though I had one about 3 weeks prior. My first visit I received 2 shots even though I was supposed to get one. To get records seems like a nightmare since they dont answer their phones and I had been asking for a certain form that had a certain vaccine that I needed the paperwork for and it took them 30 minutes to figure it out even though I told them exactly what I needed. Also the nurse trying to assist was the one who gave me the shot in the first place and kept telling me I did not receive them. They are also telling me Im due for a second dose of a vaccination in 6 months when Im actually due for it now. Not impressed at all with this facility.

5 /5 Maritza Gonzalez: I have two older kids and one toddler and they have grown along with the staff at Drs Medical centers. I love how kind, and professional both the staff and the Drs are. but most of all I love that they assist you in anything you might need help with as a parent. The Office manager at this location goes above and beyond in making sure things are done accordingly. I Highly recommend them .

1 /5 CRISTINA RODRIGUEZ: i love my doctor--- but having office answer phones or return call is impossible. my daughters doctors send plan of cares for approval and documents and they always say they dont receive. their answering system is impossible to get thru. i have done 1 hr wait...there is no direct way to comunicate with the office. answering service gave me a fax number and that number doesnt work, i had to go online to get fax number and i am still waiting to see if they received fax and waiting on the phone line again for them to answer. something must be done with their system.

2 /5 Crown Logistics: I have been with the Medical Center since 2010 when Alfredo Torralbas was the Pediatrician, the service has changed since then and it has not been for the better every day that the service gets worse, I have been waiting for an appointment for exams for more than 4 months and more than a year that my children do not have a test really worried. My last call my child had a fever, I called to take him away and I was not satisfied with the treatment and I did not attend him there either.

Hialeah Hospital - Hialeah Clarilin Padilla: Horrible Experience – Negligence and Mistreatment at Hialeah Hospital If I could give this hospital zero stars, I would. My sister went to Hialeah Hospital in a severely compromised state—she was extremely dehydrated, unable to walk, struggling to breathe, and experiencing severe cramps, vomiting, and dizziness. Instead of prioritizing her urgent medical needs, the staff immediately began questioning her about drug use, forcing her to take a urine test despite her clear symptoms of dehydration and stomach flu. They then falsely accused her of cannabis abuse, even though she had not used cannabis in over three weeks. Rather than focusing on treating her obvious dehydration, they left her in a hallway for an extended period because the hospital rooms supposedly had no air conditioning—an absolutely unacceptable and unsafe environment for a medical facility. Despite her deteriorating condition, they refused to administer IV fluids for an unnecessarily long time, leaving her barely conscious and unable to hold a conversation. She repeatedly begged for medical attention before they finally gave her an IV, which immediately improved her condition—proving that dehydration was the real issue all along. This hospital is an absolute disgrace. Their negligence, lack of compassion, and failure to provide immediate care to a patient in distress are appalling. The fact that they prioritized false accusations over proper treatment is unacceptable. I will be escalating this matter to corporate because no one should have to endure this kind of mistreatment when seeking medical help. Avoid this hospital at all costs.

Carreras Medical Center Hialeah, Florida - Hialeah Janette G: Dr. Carreras is a great provider! He cares about his patients, and asks all the right questions. He’s obtains sufficient information in order to assist with current symptoms, conditions, etc. I would definitely recommend him as a PCP.

Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs Campus (Hialeah) - Hialeah Antolin Ruiz: I recently had the pleasure of spending two days at Larkin Community Hospitals Palm Springs campus, and I can honestly say it was one of the most positive healthcare experiences Ive ever had. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and cared for. The registration process was seamless and efficient. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel at ease immediately. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood everything without feeling rushed. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making my experience as stress-free as possible. When it came time for my surgery, I was very nervous, but the surgical team was nothing short of exceptional. They introduced themselves, explained the procedure in detail, and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Their professionalism and expertise shone through, and I felt confident that I was in great hands. The anesthesiologist took the time to reassure me, which helped to calm my nerves even further. Post-surgery, I was transferred to a comfortable recovery room where the nursing care truly stood out. The nurses at Larkin Community Hospital were like angels in scrubs. They were attentive, compassionate, and always checked in on me to ensure I was comfortable and managing my pain. Each nurse took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations about my recovery process. Their genuine kindness made a world of difference during a vulnerable time. The facilities themselves were immaculate, with a calming atmosphere that helped make my stay even more pleasant. The food was surprisingly good, and I appreciated the variety of options available. It was refreshing to have tasty meals that contributed to my overall comfort while recovering. Overall, my experience at Larkin Community Hospital Palm Springs campus was exceptional. The combination of outstanding medical care, a warm and welcoming environment, and a dedicated staff made my two-day stay as comfortable as possible. I left feeling not only physically better but also uplifted by the kindness I received. I wholeheartedly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of care. Hialeah Hospital Emergency Room - Hialeah J. Dub: Dont go here. I wouldnt take my enemy here. I arrived in terrible pain and was told by security that I had to move my car from a parking spot. I got out and asked her to please get me help I was in pain. She said she would get someone I sat on a curb for 5 minutes nobody came I decided to make my way to the hospital bent over in pain. They asked for my ID I handed them my phone my ID is in my phone case and asked could they get it for me they said no I had to do it. It was 5 people standing around laughing and not one of them could assist me. Finally get to triage and she had no empathy or compassion. Im crying in pain with my 2 young kids with me who are scared. She was nasty with me because I couldnt sit still for the blood pressure because I was hurting. She finally leads me to the room. She walks quickly ahead of me offers no assistance no wheel chair. She hands me a cup and tells me I need to pee in it I told her Im on a lot of pain and it would be really hard as I could barely stand. I mustered up enough strength to pee in the cup and left the hospital. I cant believe how this place treats sick people. I was in so much pain I thought I was going to die but I refused to die there. Thankfully another hospital took care of me.

Palmetto General Hospital - Hialeah Yami Yami: Having surgery at Palmetto General hospital has been a great experience. At first, I was very skeptical because of the reputation but they proved me wrong. The staff from same day surgery was very family oriented and made us feel like home. The doctors and nurses kept my husband updated throughout the day and the manager herself walked him personally to the recovery suit. She was a sweet heart and made sure we both had moment of privacy after a long day of surgery. It feels good to see some passionate people there. Thank you all for making this experience great

The entire staff was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful from start to finish. The reception area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease my anxiety about visiting the doctor. Dr. Hawatmeh was fantastic! They were thorough in their examination and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The level of personalized care I received was exceptional, and I felt genuinely valued as a patient. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and I appreciated the reminder calls. After waiting until 5:30 pm, the owner told me that the device they were going to put on me had expired. I made my appointment a week in advance. Dont waste your time.
