1 /5 Brody Herring: My family started here about a year ago. Getting an appointment, call them , talk to someone , they can’t give you an appointment for the next day and tell you to call at 8 in the morning. At 8 in the morning you wait for 20 mins on the phone and tell you to bone in 7 days later. Mind you this is our primary and we have insurance. We have had this problem 6 times now. Once they prescribed me the wrong medication and I was seriously sick a missed 5 days of work, I call everyday for an appointment, left voicemails and even talked to the head nurse. No call back no response Don’t go here, for anything.

1 /5 Chance Beretta: Avoid this place at all costs, these people have the compassion of a warthog. I have a terminal illness and for some reason my primary is here by default, because no one else around takes medicade. Dont ever try to get them to treat you for anything though, they are basically a referral servivce for real doctors. I do not think there is one M.D. at Palms. God forbid you need a pain pill for you terminal illness because although doctors started the opioid epidemic, it wouldnt matter if you had your leg amputated, they wont give you anything for pain, but they might refer you to someone who immediately thinks youre a junkie or a criminal, even though you have medical records to prove otherwise. They should quit calling this healthcare, because after all of the stress and anxiety you deal with from your medical issues just gets multiplied by 10, when you have to deal with the rude staff here. Seriously, my blood pressure hasnt gone down since my last phone call with one of their lovely nurses. Id rather have 10 Colonoscopies then have to speak with one of their "healthcare professionals" again. They always seem to be the victim in any scenario, when you are the one going through the pain and suffering. God help us all.

2 /5 Elizabeth McKinney: The doctors and nurses are great, if you can get in to see them. Whats the point in having a doctor if they cant ever see you when youre sick? If I have to go to the emergency room for everything, then theres no point in having you around is there? I cant even get my prescriptions renewed on time. Ive been a week without meds. Its like theyre only around to collect insurance money for occasional "checkups" every few months. Time to find a new doctor.

5 /5 Simmons Sylena (Sylena76): From making my appointment to seeing my doctor was a breeze. Almost no wait time in the lobby. Staff was very professional, courteous, and friendly. My doctor listened and addressed everything and made sure my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy promptly.
