1 /5 J M: While the PT was just ok, what was a real problem was their mishandling of my account and subsequent billing issues. After verifying my insurance BEFORE making my appointment and verifying my copay, apparently the office where I received PT neglected to share my insurance information with their billing department. After paying all my copays and ending my rehab, I received a large bill. I discovered then (from the billing department agent) that they had not received my insurance info. Strange, since I wasnt billed for all the services, only select ones. Attempting to get assistance from the office manager and explaining in detail via email, all I got was the number for the billing department to contact them again- NOT helpful and apparently couldnt care less. I would never return to this practice.
