5 /5 Dr. Wes Rocki, MD PhD: I am writing this review as a patient of Dr. Borys A Mascarenas and his team in the Tavares office. They are welcoming, superbly organized, and compassionate. I felt their healing kindness already at the first conversation with Ms. Laura while setting up appointment and discussing required documents. I was impressed with the “bedside manners” of Dr. Mascarenas who patiently and expertly explained the likely procedure and offered time for questions.

5 /5 Lisa Tighe: The best! After a horrible experience with a different Oncologist team that went on for 10 weeks, I went for a second opinion. THE best decision I ever made. His staff is warm and welcoming. Everything went smoothly, I didnt have to worry about anything but showing up. Thank you to Laura for putting up with my endless phone calls and putting my mind at ease when there was a big issue with the Home Health agency nurse. Dr. Mascarenhas did a wonderful job with the surgery ! Tiny incisions, and no deformity to my breast!!

From the moment I spoke with Suzanne we were made a prompt appointment, Laura provided such amazing clinical care for my husband. She also extends empathy, assurance and support That I so desperately needed. For anyone facing an illness that requires surgery. Dr. Mascarenhas is not only caring, he is brilliant and professional. My husband is now home recovering thanks to this team of professionals in our corner. This office is a blessing to all the community in Lake county. I highly recommend their services.
