5 /5 geo gambino: I have been coming here since Dr Ott took over from Dr Goodreau, about 2004. I have non routine dental care friends who were seen here for their dental emergencies. They are highly satisfied as well. They even managed to see me for an urgent situation,when Hurricane Michael destroyed their office. Highly dedicated and explain my options to me very well.

5 /5 Paula Coffey: 3/10/25 I am completely in awe of this dentist practice. From the front office, nurses and especially the dentist I was treated like a special family member. I was treated with respect and kindness from minute one. I am a wimp with dentistry, but each person was soothing and Dr Ott took special care to make sure I had no pain! You will not find a better place to have your dentistry done. These are true professionals in every sense.

5 /5 Joseph: I dont care how many reviews you read about this practice... unless you come here and experience it for yourself you will never know the greatest of this establishment! I was in extreme pain and I was accommodated immediately. My experience so great that I switched my entire family over here! Who ever thought that I would be happy to see a dentist? I look forward to my next visit! Everyone and I mean everyone in that office from the front desk to the backdoor are kind and a pleasure to be around. Thank you greatly for helping on such a short notice!

From Kacy and others who greet you and take care of you at the front desk, to my hygienist Joy who is always pleasant and gets to know her patients and any issues you are experiencing. PanCare Dental - Panama City McKailey Chance: If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve never in my life been in such bad pain after a simple cleaning. A CLEANING should not involve having your gums punctured 3 times per tooth. My mouth is in such bad pain, and I am still bleeding 2 hours after my appointment. After three bad experiences in a row, I will no longer be going to this location. I wish I had the name of the girl who did my cleaning today. She blamed my pain on not flossing twice a day. I floss at least every other day, so it’s really not that big of a deal. She hurts people on purpose.

Personal Attention Dental Center - Panama City Haley Lindley: I’m so thankful to have found this office. I haven’t been to a dentist in 15 years because I’m too scared and I just brush my teeth religiously to avoid it. I went in nervous and left having had so much fun! It was a wonderful experience with Wendy cleaning my teeth and seeing Dr. Windham. He was thorough and honest about my gum health and they’re not a place to try and lure you into coming back for money. All I need is to continue coming back for regular cleanings. Any other place would have probably given me different news and it would be another 15 years before I see a dentist again. Wendy was patient, thorough, and you can tell she enjoys her job. I can’t wait for my next cleaning! I’m going to take some cucumbers to lay over my eyes next time, as that’s all the experience was missing! I left feeling like a million bucks with a pretty and clean smile!
