    apple (Jax): in 2021 i took my daughter to get her hair dyed black on top, with a single blue tone ombré at the end. instead, it was dyed brown on top (her hair was already brown) and then 2 diff blues from the start of her ears and down. spotty blues at that… she had hair past the middle of her back!!! the owner left the bleach on my daughters hair for too long, so the dye washed out and none would hold afterwards. her hair would break off in clumps. we ended up having to cut her hair up to her shoulders…
