5 /5 Shannon Childress: First appointment with Dr Finley and her practice. The girls up front were very nice, professional and welcoming. Dr. Finley sat down and listened to everything I had to say and actually wanted to hear about my health history from the beginning. I transferred to her because I need surgery and the benefits are better with her practice and facility she’s affiliated with. She made me feel so comfortable and went right into detail about surgery and answered all my questions!

5 /5 Michelle Thelander: Edit: I am thankful to share that Dr. Finley’s office manager, Christina, kindly contacted me. My concern as posted below has been addressed. She assured me that window measurements have been taken for coverings to be installed. I’m grateful for Dr. Finley and her practice for expressing care and respect for their patients. The health care staff have been exemplary and with the compassion shown by the office manager, the business side has demonstrated to be as well. Thank you This is a difficult post. I give 5 stars for Renee, my PA. But sadly the new exam rooms leave patients exposed. I shared my concern and was informed the office manager thinks there is a mirror reflection to prevent seeing in the room, but I have proof from outside the building and viewing from other windows that reveals you can be seen from the street while changing and/or receiving an exam. I would think Dr. Finley would provide a proper environment for patients going to her practice. Hopefully with many patients passing through her practice, there can be a line item for purchasing window coverings.

1 /5 Ana McGrath: Something must have happened with a patient while I was waiting. I heard all of it in the waiting room and they where late to see me. Doctor was way off didn’t even knock before entering the room, and she seemed flustered and rushed. Doctor kept stumbling over her words. The nurse who brought me into the room was flustered brought me into the room asked a couple questions and left the room. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to change into the gown I was provided or anything, no instructions given. Pretty bad first impression. Update: Seen Renee today and she was 10x better than Dr. Finley!

5 /5 Lynn McHargue: Dr. Finley is very caring. I felt very comfortable with her she listened to my concerns and answered our questions and explained every details as to what was going to take place... Her office staff were amazing couldnt ask for a better Doctors office.
