2 /5 Darssy Lemus: The husband is awesome and I highly recommend for mens haircut. I have never had an issue with him he cuts all 4 of my boys haircut. My issue with this place is the wife. She knows her craft and is good with hair but she is so irresponsible. Three times now Ive had to cancel my hair appointment because she didnt show up "something came up." I get it life happens and I have kids too but I had to find a sitter for my kids showed up just to be told she was going to be late. If it were the other way around and I was the one late she would have canceled me. So I told her husband to cancel the appointment I had a lot going on and couldnt wait for her any longer. So I left and when Im almost home I get a call from her. She was so rude to me told me her family came first and never come back to her salon again. Guys this is the third time she tells me she cant make it. I get it life happens but I had to do a lot to make it to her she could have called me in the morning to tell me to cancel the appointment so I didnt have to do so much to get to her and to top it off she blows off on me and tells me she doesnt want me at her shop again. Im guessing her husband went off on her and then she went off on me. He knew she was wrong. This isnt the first time. I wouldnt recommend this place for womens hair. For mens go for it but womens go somewhere else.

SALON VIVACIOUS - Port St. Lucie Emily Persaud: This review is long overdue because I’ve had an extremely poor experience each time. To be honest it’s a nice salon, my hair stylist Stacy quite literally can’t ever get my hair looking how I want it. I’ve been a loyal customer for about four years, but my highlights have consistently disappointed me. I’ve had to go back for multiple appointments to try to fix her mess, each & every time I go there, leaving me unsatisfied each time. I’m stupid for going back every time but this time, Stacey practically fried off all of my hair to try to get it lighter like how i previously had it because she gave me brown highlights at first, then she had me come back to “fix it” it’s extremely dry & brittle, considering my hair was extremely healthy. Still I don’t have all the highlights I wanted. Some parts are platinum blond, some are brown, and some are honey blonde. she “fixed it” by just doing the top basically to shut me up, on top of that I texted her showing her parts are not the color I wanted & she said I had to pay for them because she already “fixed it” & if I were to go back her plan is to add more highlights when the problem is the COLOR, not me needing more highlights. She clearly can’t comprehend what is needed. It’s absurd that I paid so much for such a poor result. To add, when I went for a consultation, she quoted me $150, but at checkout it was $205. I don’t understand why she didn’t mention that toner is also a separate charge & not included in the price of a full highlight, I’m not a hairdresser or know anything about this field so I wouldn’t know. especially since I want the same thing every single time, I think by now she’d know how to do my hair. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Never ever going back now I’ve learned my lesson, she can’t do blond highlights to save a life. #staceybotchedmyhair.
