1 /5 Emily Persaud: This review is long overdue because I’ve had an extremely poor experience each time. To be honest it’s a nice salon, my hair stylist Stacy quite literally can’t ever get my hair looking how I want it. I’ve been a loyal customer for about four years, but my highlights have consistently disappointed me. I’ve had to go back for multiple appointments to try to fix her mess, each & every time I go there, leaving me unsatisfied each time. I’m stupid for going back every time but this time, Stacey practically fried off all of my hair to try to get it lighter like how i previously had it because she gave me brown highlights at first, then she had me come back to “fix it” it’s extremely dry & brittle, considering my hair was extremely healthy. Still I don’t have all the highlights I wanted. Some parts are platinum blond, some are brown, and some are honey blonde. she “fixed it” by just doing the top basically to shut me up, on top of that I texted her showing her parts are not the color I wanted & she said I had to pay for them because she already “fixed it” & if I were to go back her plan is to add more highlights when the problem is the COLOR, not me needing more highlights. She clearly can’t comprehend what is needed. It’s absurd that I paid so much for such a poor result. To add, when I went for a consultation, she quoted me $150, but at checkout it was $205. I don’t understand why she didn’t mention that toner is also a separate charge & not included in the price of a full highlight, I’m not a hairdresser or know anything about this field so I wouldn’t know. especially since I want the same thing every single time, I think by now she’d know how to do my hair. I’d give them 0 stars if I could. Never ever going back now I’ve learned my lesson, she can’t do blond highlights to save a life. #staceybotchedmyhair.
