4 /5 Vilmarilys Morales: Everything nice clean the staff are friendly and professional as well the therapist. I went with my 12 year old daughter as a walking they talk to her and we when the next day as they told us they just talk again about the same question and give a appointment… but I don’t understand why my daughter need to wait 2 weeks for the intake and then wait to see the psychiatric. When her psychologist send her for emergency treatment or stay hospitalized. I will update my review to see how goes.

2 /5 Heywood: Baker acts reasoning if non violent or suicidal are questionable which are pretty much the only 2 questions they ask anywhere over and over and OVER and OVER and as LOUD AS YOU CAN SCREAM that which makes the hold extremely TRASH law put why anything they would HOLD U FOR LONGER even more questionable strange cause they have inmates from county in there asked on of there guards with a badge why i cant leave said talk to staff no oversight even with them in there and there overall treatment plan from the doc? Aint the meds know what Im saying not the worst of em but space is limited.

1 /5 Zana Cozier: Can’t get ahold of anyone. When you do, you’re transferred to never be picked up on. No compassion in this facility at all. But it’s legal? Crazy how people come here for depression and suicide, but being placed in a place like this makes it better? Make it make sense.

Waldo Carbo Jr: I came to the BOCC for an interview for one of the planner positions available that I applied for. I have to say that the building itself was neat and not too crowded. The bathrooms were also clean and smelled good. The parking situation was fine also because they have a parking lot that you can pay to get a parking spot that isnt overly expensive. There is a free parking lot, but I dont suggest you try to find parking there since it will be impossible to find a free spot. The paid parking isnt expensive though. The first two hours were $2.00 which isnt bad. In fact it could probably be more expensive and still meet the 80% occupied rule. The staff that I met with was friendly and courteous, to include the reception staff. The design of the building was nice. You can overlook the first floor from the upper floors which gives it an open feel. Over all I think the experience was friendly and well coordinated.

Being vegan plant based I got one of the best healthy vegan meals for breakfast and lunch which was greatly appreciated. Never have I seen such a healthy vegan meal at any other hospital! Kudos to you all!

Stuart McArthur: I went to meet my new primary care doctor. The only problem we had is that she was deaf and wanted me to be mute. I had my first fight with cancer and was diabetic when she was playing kickball in elementary school. I personally feel that she could be very valuable if she would grow a set of ears. Maybe an implant of some kind? I did see the cartilage.

B C: THIS REVIEW IS FOR KRISTEN KEEN APRN A Practitioner at Lakeland Regional named Kristen Keen visited our room after a hospital surgery while we had guests present. When she came in the room we stated it was not a good time as there were visitors in the room and we denied her services and stated that we did not need her as we already had a therapist we see regularly and did not need her in the room. She refused to leave and stated that she wanted to make Friendly Conversation women to women to see how things went with the birth. Being heavily sedated I asked her to leave again and she said she really just wanted to ask how I was doing and she went on to divulge all my personal information from the operation and all my medical history in front of our guests in the room claiming my mental health was not fit and she needed to be in the room. We stated again that I was fine and we didnt need her help. She then continued in a conversation we didnt want and she wouldnt leave. Months later I received a bill for this Friendly Conversation the hospital stated that they did not bill us but she did. She wont return our calls and has since sent us to collections in the middle of a dispute over the bill. PLEASE AVOID!!

Kimbrea Whaley Whaley: These people here don’t care about there patients AT ALL. I go here to see a doctor they have very bad attitudes. When I try to get something important done for my health they are sitting at there desk laughing. When I call to get things done regarding my health there is some lady name Twana that always seems to think something is funny. The bad thing about it is she knows my mom. I hate when I go to see a doctor or nurse and the people who work there know people you know. They are extremely rude and non caring about there patients. And the last time I came in the “so called doctor” acted nice and caring at first and her and my mom chit chat after the appointment for 25 min. She pressured me to get birth control when I Insisted I did not want it again. They need to fire the entire team and hire people who care about all of there patients.

Dont Even: Went in with a broken jaw and a tooth knocked out of the socket, I begged for surgery because I can’t eat, drink, talk. They never gave me it. I’m pregnant and haven’t eaten in 2 days. The nurses except maybe two were really rude to me and made me feel worthless. They sent me home 6 hours later with 5 mg of hydrocodone. I’m still in pain and haven’t gotten the help I need. Terrible and waste of a medical bill. They should be ashamed.
