5 /5 Claire West: I will definitely go back! Went in for an oil change but they went over so much more, even rotated my tires all for one very reasonable price. All the employees were very friendly, professional and seemed very knowledgeable. The waiting room was nice and comfortable, even had drinks and snacks. It took more time than the 10 minute shops do but I think it was well worth it. I’m a female senior citizen and being stuck on the side of the road with a breakdown really frightens me. I feel my car is good to go after the service I had. Thanks guys!

All staff members I talked to were very helpful, especially Orie - he was so patient and took the time to explain what was going on with my Mazda. Very fair pricing and I will absolutely be back for ANYTHING with my car. Quite possibly the best auto shop Ive ever been to.

Orie & Blake at Pensacola AC & Auto Service Center took their time explaining everything from what needed to be addressed immediately and what wasnt essential at the moment, which if anyone else thats had nightmare encounters with other mechanics who try to bleed you dry, this was refreshing. Not only did I get my front brakes done, but they got me in for an oil change at the same time and the prices were unbelievably low, oh and top of the already great prices, they have a local heroes discount for Veterans & first responders. I know this is a long review BUT it needed to be said because to find honest mechanics is truly difficult, and gut wrenching when your pocketbook is already hurting! If youre looking for a one stop shop for all your car needs, this is the place!! Thanks again you guys

I arrived almost 30 minutes before my appointment and within 15 minutes or less they were pulling my vehicle around to get started with the oil change. Great service, great customer service, overall a great experience oh and great oil change price. A full synthetic oil change for under $60. I will definitely be returning.
