Taylor Hebert They were great and were able to fit me in after breaking a belt while heading back to Louisiana from vacation. They were super helpful, got me in, fixed it and was back on the road in no time. We super appreciate them. Hopefully never have to use them again BUT if we ever do need a mechanic shop this will be our go too!

Chayce Emling I brought my car here recently for a diagnosis on a sticky gas pedal and rough acceleration. They checked my car out in a timely manner. But when they called me the next day, they informed me that they performed work on my car without authorization from me. They quoted me around $275 dollars for the tests on the throttle body (+other components) and some more for the cleaning of my MAF sensor. I was willing to overlook this as long as the problem was fixed. However, a few minutes after I drove off the pedal started sticking again. It is not stock and is a swapped engine, so I dont fault him for not finding the problem. Jeff was willing to call me after to answer some more questions and offered to take another look. I didnt take him up on this but appreciated the thought. Overall, communication was unclear and the price was not ideal, but Jeff is honest and a good mechanic.

Jerry Suelflow Previously had an freon leak on my Sienna. Two repair shops couldn’t find the leak. I took it to Cannon who was able find and repair the leak. I just had an airbag warning light come on my Tacoma. I found the connector loose under passenger seat reinserted it but light stayed on. I took it to Cannon told them the story. They immediately felt it just needed a likely code error deletion. They connected their scanner, found and deleted the airbag error code just as predicted all is good. This was done gratis and refused my tip offer. Highly recommend Cannon!!

Sergey Romanenko I want to start by saying that everyone at the shop is really friendly, and I truly believed up until the end that I didn’t waste $2600. But lets get into the facts. I came in with a check engine light and a complaint about rough cold starts. I also mentioned that I suspected fuel pressure issues. However, the car was otherwise running fine. The diagnostic took 2 hours($330), and they told me I needed to replace the fuel pressure sensor and fuel pump. I specifically asked the mechanic if this would solve the problem, and he said, “I am pretty 100% sure it will solve the problem.” After the repair, the manager said the issue was “99% fixed,” but recommended replacing all the injectors and the entire fuel line to get everything in perfect shape, which would cost around $5,000. Obviously, if I had known they were going to hit me with such a high number, I wouldn’t have gone forward with the repair, especially considering this is a 2017 car. But okay, they said it was 99% fixed, so that sounded reassuring. Fast forward 24 hours after I picked up the car, and now I have 160 misfires on cylinder 3 and the check engine light is back on. The engine starts slightly better than before, but it’s essentially how it was a couple of months ago. So basically, I paid $2600 for two extra months of somewhat better starts. Yes, they did additional work, like removing rusty bolts from the undercarriage and cleaning some carbon buildup. But at $165 labor per hour, those bolts alone cost me $330! In the end, I’m completely disappointed. Their prices are almost as high as the dealership, but the results were next to nothing. One day after leaving the shop and $2600 down, I’m almost back where I started. I’m not even sure the fuel sensor and pump are still ok, since the injector issue wasn’t addressed — which, it turns out, was likely the root cause all along.

Kc Greene I love it! They were quick and easy. Employees there were amazing, I had ran over a nail and they patched it up for me without being asked. I felt that they had Genuine concern and consideration for my vehicle, great customer service and they knew what they were doing ! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone

Meat Sandwich James is the best dude in town! I called him about an older Subaru I have. NOBODY wanted to touch it apparently because it was a Subaru….. not even “import specialists.” He did his research and said he’s got me covered. The work I had done, I was expecting at least a 1500$ bill…. This man charged me 450$ dollars….. I can’t say enough about how helpful and genuine he’s been. I honestly can’t give this dude enough praise…. Your the man James!!!!!

Joe Taylor Had cam phasers & chains, timing chain, guides, water pump and all seals & hoses replaced on Ford 3.5 Ecoboost motor. Had all parts on hand when I dropped vehicle off. Completed the job in 3 days and charged a fair price. Very happy with whole process from diagnosis to completion. Highly recommend!

Don G Everything was great. Had a good price on my diesel oil change! The manager was a great spirits! The only issue I had was the mechanic did not put bib over fender and left oil marks on the side of My Fender!

Ryan ONeill Could not have asked for a better experience for a U-Haul rental. Larry was so friendly and helpful. Made sure to inspect and review everything with me and was very flexible with my pickup. He went the extra mile to ensure wiper blades and straps were brand new and really took care of us for this move. Cannot recommend enough

Randall McGuire Best service and even better people! I’m in this area for a little while and needed to get my wife’s Mercedes Benz GLE450 B Service done. I had priced this service at the local dealership in Arkansas & here in Pensacola and as expected, any service on her car is expensive. Next available appt, over a month from now in Arkansas & Pensacola. (Yes, that’s after selecting just an oil change.) B Service would START at $750-800 at either place. So since we’ll be driving back and forth for the holidays, we’ve got to find somewhere. Thank God my wife searched and found Pensacola Imports! For a fraction of the cost, literally less than 1/2 of the least quoted by the others, I got her vehicle serviced within the same week! (Day before Thanksgiving in fact.) The honest, integrity, & overall REAL humanistic nature of the owners is what all businesses should model! Thank you (NOT Jeff but) FRED & Greta for providing the best service possible so that I know my family can continue their journey without worry. So anyone knows, these people are so nice, they let me give a shoutout to the wrong name even with Fred’s name on the sign out front, & didn’t even correct me! You don’t get more southern hospitality than that!

Brian Reilly Can’t recommend this place enough. Took my Audi here for a water pump leak after getting a quote from Bobby likis for $3500 and they literally did the same exact repair for $1200. The people who run this shop are amazing. Great communication, excellent work and customer service. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days but these guys are a breath of fresh air after dealing with other unscrupulous shops.

Judith J We hired Scratch Off Auto Repair to repair our Ford E-250 work van. The van was accidentally knocked out of park and rolled into a tree so, we were paying out of pocket. Sharon gave us a written quote and it was the best price we found. She said they could get us in the following week. They were recommended to us and have a history of great reviews - we accepted their quote and scheduled the work for the following week. Sharon told us it would take approximately 1 1/2 weeks to repair and she was true to her word. Being that it is our work van time was of the essence as its not out making money if its in the shop for an extended period of time. The work they completed was amazing - our van looks absolutely fantastic and we did not have to spend a fortune!! We requested the hood not be replaced and to have the existing hood repaired (the damage was only to the front corner). Sharon explained to me it will not be perfect but will look pretty good. Since this is a work van I was good with that. Sharon explained that some of the other parts were not repairable and had to be replaced. I requested used parts if available and she honored my request. I could not be any happier with the completed work, the hood turned out much better than I expected !! The passenger door now opens perfectly and the replaced parts look brand new. The customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. Sharon is great to work with and, in this day & age, that is very difficult to find. I highly recommend Scratch Off Auto Repair and if I ever need body work in the future (even if Im going through insurance) I will most definitely return to them for my repair work.

Rex Parrish My wife, in all her glory, raked the entire right side of her 2002 Camry as a result of hitting a mailbox. The end result was a crease starting at the rear quarte panel, extended to the passenger door rear, extended to the passenger side front door and finally extend to the right front fender. There were also a number of dings that looked like the size of a golf ball in three areas. I wish I would saved the photos of the damage but my wife, again, in all her glory, just want to get it fixed and move on. Sound familiar? I got a total of 5 estimates range from $5300 all the way down to $2050. I was hestiant about the $2050 but after reading the reviews, I went with them. Thank goodiness I did. Sometimes Almighty God just steers you to the right person. It is remarkable that it looks like the damage never happened. I am very greateful to Scratch Off Auto Repair.

Daniel Watson I brought my vehicle for a brake change, there was a problem getting the wheel off but the professional staff at precision was able to take care of it without charging an arm and leg! Very satisfied with their service and I will be using them for now on!

Claire West I will definitely go back! Went in for an oil change but they went over so much more, even rotated my tires all for one very reasonable price. All the employees were very friendly, professional and seemed very knowledgeable. The waiting room was nice and comfortable, even had drinks and snacks. It took more time than the 10 minute shops do but I think it was well worth it. I’m a female senior citizen and being stuck on the side of the road with a breakdown really frightens me. I feel my car is good to go after the service I had. Thanks guys!

Audrey Jones I had some work done on my car today and I couldnt be more pleased on the service I received today starting from the front desk and ending where the repairs were performed. Its so comforting to have a place to take my car to be worked on where you are treated with respect and honesty. I am a single senior citizen with not any family that can help with decisions on these things or to look out for me. So to have a place that I can take my car and they are going to take advantage of my situation gives me peace. Julian Tokarev TL;DR: superbly skilled, respectful, customer-centric, honest, and affordable! I bought a used 2017 Chevy Volt plug-in hybrid for ~$11k. It came with a damaged traction battery (the big high voltage one) that worked fine until it dipped below 20% charge level then conk out. Dealership said it would be $18k plus several days labor to replace it. Oh yeah, they’re also on indefinite back order. In other words, good luck buddy. I found a salvage traction battery at Butler’s Auto Recycling somehow with only 25000 mi on the donor vehicle. Snatched it up, Fils swapped it in same day! No one else in the Panhandle would even touch it. They knocked it out in 6-7 hours for a bit over a grand. Absolutely phenomenal. Wholeheartedly recommend!

Jeremy Haskins I recently brought my car here to get my clutch replaced on my civic si. After getting into my car they informed me that my front axles needed replacement. It wasnt something I had planned on replacing at the time. But they gave me an amazing price as an add on to already doing the clutch . All together , they were super transparent with everything going on and was a great experience all together. The work they did is quality and would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work at a VERY competitive price ! 10/10

Chris Gunn Excellent. I stopped by to drop off a vehicle for pre-purchase inspection. And I told them the codes it was showing and they told me. Dont even spend the $150 fee. Save your money the repairs will cost hundreds to thousands. They could have easily taken my money and then said the vehicle isnt worth buying. But they saved me a lot of time and unnecessarily spent money. What a breath of honesty fresh air! The two men in the office were extremely honest and helpful I never got your names but thank you! For not only saving us the money for the pre purchase inspection but most of all saving my son thousands from buying a lemon for his first car.
